The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.

I did not want to waste my time with that, so really appreciated that Nelson gave me a flat rate to do the installation. I also needed a Saturday time, and they were able to accommodate that too. The installer called me when he was about 15 minutes away and the installation was completed smoothly without any issues. I'm happy to have found a new plumbing service I trust. (Especially after Allbritten is no longer trustworthy, and screwed us a couple of times after we spent tens of thousands of dollars, over a decade of business with them. Our first experience in the spring was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman worked incredibly hard, and was very thorough In terms of reviewing the AC And all of the units inside. We decided to sign up for the yearly membership which was cheaper than calling them out on an individual basis. We just had our second appointment for the winter and it was a new gentleman, but he was equally as caring, intuitive and hard-working as the first gentleman. We've really been impressed with the service along with the quality and care from the company. They have been incredibly reliable for us. I highly recommend them!
