They were so helpful with explaining everything and giving me options so that I can choose what I could afford since luckily I did happen to have options. I had a leaking pipe in the laundry room the week of Christmas at nearly closing time and these guys made room in their schedule for me. Even though I understand if it's not possible then it just isn't, but they were able to do it this time and it meant so much to me. It was just days before Christmas and close to closing and this time it worked out. They were so professional yet understanding and truly cared about helping me. The price was right. Service was not an emergency. Jason called and set appt with me in a timely manor.He arrived at the agreed time. Very open and friendly while I explained the repairs and maintenance items i thought I needed. He went above and beyond explaining pros and cons. Did tests before repairing and shared his recommendations. One job called for an hour plus to flush to remove build up. He used the time well by fitting other during that same time. We had a water leak that needed repair. Even though it wasn't an emergency, Jason came out within an hour. He performed the repair, but also made an excellent recommendation for managing our yard plumbing more efficiently. I Was having a long day dealing with both of my restrooms. all the nasty poop water was coming out of the tub I had myself a very shitty situation called JD Plumbing during after hours and they didn't hesitate to come by and see what was going on and in matter of no time he was here and fixed the problem! Our washing machine drain line was plugging up and gave JD Plumbing a call, they were able to come by that same day and took care of the problem, they found that not only was the line plug, but the drain pipe was the wrong size, because is an old house and they change it to an up to date pipe size.
