Nothing over the top or pushy, they just fixed what needed fixing and were super friendly, knowledgeable, and the price was right. He was taking personal calls on his cell phone the entire time. After it was installed the water in my kitchen and bathroom would not turn on and Carlos did not want to fix it. Everything worked fine before it went out. Called the company and requested another employee to come out and they sent someone out the next day to take care of the problem. The inspector said it would not have passed inspection if they did not come back out. That one employee is really making this company look bad. We paid a lot of money to have them replace our water heater and to have that kind of service was very disappointing!!!

First, let me say that the plumber himself is a nice guy and efficient. His wife/bookkeeper,…read morehowever, is rude and difficult to work with. We had a problem with our On-line Banking Bill Pay service. We issued payment of $102.00 3 times. Each time the check was never received. It turned out that the mailing address was incorrect on the Bank service (even though it looked correct on the bill pay interface screen our bookkeeper saw). We have not had this experience with our Bank Bill Pay Service before (we even had two successful payment to Allied previous to this specific payment ???) We explained the problem to the bookkeeper all throughout the process and updated her every step of the way. We have an EXCELLENT credit rating and this is not normal for our company to be late on a payment. The Bookkeeper made such a big deal about this error and was rude on the phone and in person in this regards. She was so rude in fact, that we will never use their services again. It is too bad for them as we have multiple sites and some of our facilities are older and need constant small plumbing fixes. It could have been very lucrative for them. If you want to be treated with disrespect.....give them a call!

The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.
