I was nervous but once I spoke with them, I was at ease. Every part of the process with the Gutter Twins went smoothly. DO NOT USE GUTTER TWINS!!! They are unprofessional and unreliable. I live in a house in which the…read moregutters are about 30' above ground level. The gutter system I have consist of 2 long gutters each about 50' long on the North and South side of the house ... nothing complicated. 11/4/25 - Called Gutter Twins to get a quote. I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional. Stay Away! Go to Google Review to see Exhibits. Yelps does not let you download documents pr photos.

Yes, I am picky, but when you promise to do something, you should not only do it, but do it well. Example of other cleaners... windows are usually always cleaned, but the screens aren't cleaned well or the sills are still dirty (and yes, they were included in the others pricing). All Purpose Window Cleaning actually wet cleans your sills, so they were actually cleaned.. not wiped or brushed dirt off. They did not take my screen outside and wet clean them with a hose, but they did use the same tools they use for the windows to wipe them with a cleaning product and thoroughly wiped the sides so they weren't grimy anymore. The guys were personable and courteous and wore booties throughout the house too! Yes, they are insured and provided the certificate upon request as well. All of this and they were significantly less money that other companies quoted this year. I will not only highly recommend them, but I will use them again next year... a first for any window cleaner I've had.

Bottom line first: This is an A+++ company! Professional, friendly, and extremely competent work…read more I'd had a leak develop between the walls - water was coming underneath the baseboard. Three other "professional" roofing groups evaluated and the suggestions ranged from tearing down the wall and rebuilding, using caulk along the roof line, and another was rerouting a gutter. All first said "oh yeah, it's just a gutter cleaning" until I showed them that gutters weren't clogged and working just fine. The caulk guy was the most convincing, so I gave it a try - no change whatsoever. I was frustrated and losing hope. Moving on, I looked through Yelp for other roofers. I found one - Doyle, that for some reason stood out. I sent them a message and quickly received back a professional reply, asking when they could come out to evaluate. After some quick texts we set up a date. Afterwards I thought I should get more than one quote, so I used the Yelp "call for help" that sends out the request to (it seems) everyone in the world. [I will never use the Yelp random call for help thing again. I was text and phone bombed for three weeks after that. Not an exaggeration. Calls came in from all over the country - Texas, New York, Florida, Tennessee and more. I kept blocking numbers until it stopped - what a miserable experience! Even when I posted a public complaint one company just accelerated the calls and texts.] This is the first area Doyle stood out - that one initial contact via text (my preference) and some back and forth setting up the appointment. All done quickly and without being harassed. The polite professionalism and quick response put me right at ease. The owner, Sean, came onsite (on time and with text updates) and brought Tom, who did the evaluation. Tom was great - he explained in great detail the potential causes for the leak could be and pointed to an area where two sides came together. He said that a problem there was the most likely cause. He went up and looked around asked if I wanted to come up and see firsthand. I did and was blown away. He pointed to an area that clearly was suspect. The others had talked about everything but this area as the issue. Sean and Tom explained how they operate and what to expect (in clear detail). I had a few other requests unrelated to the leak and it was a quick "no problem, we can do that" and gave me a very reasonable price/estimate for it all on the spot. We arranged a convenient date. Sean send a contract electronically and I was able to sign remotely. Tom and another co-worker came on the date and time agreed on (a Sunday) actually a bit earlier than expected and immediately set up. Everything we agreed to was done. Tom kept me updated as to progress. Sean forwarded pictures on of the work that was completed - especially nice since some of the areas are impossible to see without climbing up to steep areas of the roof. Before they left Tom and his co-worker cleaned up everything - there was no mess or follow up I needed to do. All done with no surprises, no extra charges, and no BS. Several severe rainstorms later, not a leak, drip, or drop of water coming in. This truly was one of the best contractor experiences I've had. I only wish they did other home construction work!
