He spent a very long time assisting me and even opened a fresh motor off the shelf just to test my car. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In the end I left with a new car after adding everything up and realizing it was a better choice. My wife found something she had to have last week visiting the new digs, and I did as well, and again, we received exemplary service. So just how do YOU look at value? Is it just the bottom line, or the overall service, availability in-stock, convenience, and the business relationship important factors? While we all can get fixated on bottom line prices and who has the lowest, there is also the factors of time, shipping costs, travel costs, etc that factors-in to your cost of purchasing items...and IMO, Fox excels in this matter. One may say "well you know I can get this item for $XXX somewhere else"- but did you have to drive to Medford? Gas costs money. Time is money. Shipping costs money. When you factor-in those things, you may (often) find that you didn't get so great of a deal elsewhere after all. Fox Firearms offers REAL VALUE when you purchase from them. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the service & staff, knowledge,/experience, and the local availability are all part of the bundle, and if they don't have it, they oftentimes CAN get it. I've only used them for one third-party transfer in the past because it was a hard to get, limited availability item; otherwise- I won't insult them with buying from someone else and having FOX do the transfer...(edit 11/10/25- my only caveat is that I'm talking about what they HAVE IN STOCK. I just ordered something that FOX didn't have in stock, and this will be the second third-party transfer I'm doing with them.) All that said- I want THEM to get the business if they have what I'm looking for. Great job on the new store, Fox Firearms!

The last bike I bought here was over four years ago, and I loved it. Sadly it was stolen a couple weeks ago, and I assumed that there was nothing I could do about it because I had no idea when I bought it, and I definitely didn't know what card I used to buy it and wasn't even sure if I used the card. So I'm filling out the information for the insurance claim and I thought why not give Don's a call, the bike was the most valuable thing that was stolen from my vehicle so I wanted to try and at least get some reimbursement for it. Shockingly, Eric was able to find my transaction information and send me a receipt directly to my phone via text (within literally 1 minute somehow), so that I could properly note everything for the insurance claim. Eric was unbelievably helpful and very appreciative of my appreciativeness. I am so glad that I called Don's and spoke to Eric. I hate talking on the phone with anyone and it was not only a great conversation because I was able to get the receipt from him but genuinely he just sounded like an amazing person and was extremely kind the whole time. The world needs more businesses like Don's.
