Great experience! I really wanted to try out a treadmill before I bought it since it is a big purchase, I wanted to see how loud it was and see how loud the speakers were. He booked me an appointment so I could try the treadmill out in person. He explained all the features very well and was able to deliver and set it up at my house within a week!! When they dropped it off at my house they explained the features again to me and I have been using it the last two weeks! It's exactly what I was looking for and I am so happy I was able to try it out before buying it! They wiped everything down when I was done trying out the treadmill. Friendly workers! read more

I recently had back surgery and am limited in exercise that I am able to do right now, but for walking. I did some research online, looking for a good treadmill to suit my needs. I also looked over a couple of models at Dick's Sporting Goods. I discovered Exercise Equipment of Oregon and called Dan, who invited me to come see the showroom and I am so glad I did! Upon arrival, I found the exact model that I was looking for. We quickly agreed upon a date for assembly and installation. The guys were prompt and finished assembling the treadmill in an hour and showed me a few features. I also feel good knowing that these guys service most, if not all, of the equipment in the area. I had messed up my treadmill and was at my wit's end trying to move it down a hallway into my office. Once I had it good and jammed, I went and found help. Exercise Equipment of Oregon was absolutely fantastic as they went about dismantling my jammed treadmill to reinstall it in my office. I thought they just had to remove one little part but what was called for was to dismantle the treadmill into several parts. Dan and Bowen knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They worked seamlessly to put my treadmill back together in the office. No dust was left in the engine which of course I had not maintained, no damage to the floors while working on said treadmill and...they could not have been more interesting to talk with while all along moving very quickly so that I could get back to work. We don't often write reviews but we wanted to give a shout out for this company. We've purchased equipment from Dan on multiple occasions. On both instances, the service was professional, friendly and helpful. We really appreciated Dan and his crew's professionalism while delivering equipment into our home. The installation to our second floor residence was a challenge during both our deliveries but they took appropriate precautions and installed everything without incident.
