I would recommend you find a reputable attorney that will take your calls and follow up on the things they say are going to happen. From my experience they are very unprofessional and their customer service and response was not a positive one. When you hire an attorney its based on trust they will have your best interest with their ability to follow through on promises they discussed but once you in with them they forget about you and don't want to be bothered with you. Finding the right attorney to represent you these days is most difficult especially one you can trust.
