I could barely ask a complete question as he kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Tried to tell him I was looking for estimates on simple signs that were budget friendly. I guess the words " budget friendly " annoyed him. He immediately told me to order from Amazon. I responded by thanking him for that suggestion but also let him know that I was more interested in what they could offer, especially because they were recommended by a friend who also added " you won't have to spend too much. His response " your business is not going to make or break me and I'm just trying to help you out." WTH! Where did that come from? So rude and unprofessional. If I wanted a sign from Amazon, I would have searched on Amazon. He wouldn't even allow me to complete a sentence! When I pointed this out, his response was " It's because I'm driving." Again WTH?! Why even answer the phone if you're driving and you're just going to be a a$$hole because you feel bothered?!
