This is my second visit to Dr. Damji here at Executive Park Dentistry and needless to say because of the rating, this place and all associated have been a pleasure to work with! My first visit was earlier this year when almost a third of one of my molars on the upper left broke off... from eating pizza.. Although I searched around and this place seemed to have the earliest availability, by no means was it because they didn't have people!! I was lucky that they were able to squeeze me in after hearing the severity of my issue. My tooth was fixed with a filling (thankfully and not a crown!) and was repaired and restored with a better fit than I used to have! Now, the story skips to this past Friday when I cracked yes, another tooth, while eating 1 bag of chips... I felt a small bead-like hard object and thought nothing of it, until I realized it might have been part of a tooth. Of course, another one of my molars, this time on the bottom right side, had a tiny yet noticeable newly formed pit. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the early afternoon today. When I presented today for my consult, I found out that not only did they have enough time to check my tooth, they also said that they were able to repair it too! I was ecstatic since that meant one less trip for me!! After seeing the damage with the x-rays, Dr. Damji informed me that he would be able to fix this tooth with another filling and stated that if the severity of the affected area left the surrounding sides of my tooth too weak, a later crown would be required. I told him that I understood and was ready to have my tooth fixed! The process took less than 1 hr from entry to exit, and this is including the extra ~5 mins I took with Dr. Damji to ask him a few more questions I had on what tooth care would possibly be better for me. All in all, Dr. Damji is 2/2 with my teeth, and I am so excited that I have found such a wonderful place here in Atlanta (as I grew up in Athens and all of my dental history has been there). I am content with their service to the extent that I agreed to see them for the rest of my dental care while I am working in Atlanta and have scheduled my annual dental cleaning with them. I highly would recommend this place for any kind of dental care, from routine cleanings to any dental work that may be required. :D read more

I just had my first appointment today and I was blown away with the service! Everybody was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Since moving to Atlanta two years ago, I have avoided going to the dentist because of the horror stories I've heard from other people about other dentists. Cannot rave enough about this dentist and his capable, wonderful staff. After searching for what seemed like forever for a dentist that I could trust with my admittedly bad set of choppers, it was such a relief to find Executive Park Dentistry. Dr Damji took care of my extraction with little to no pain. I literally took one ibuprofen and was back to my normal self. The staff greets you with a smile, they never make you feel as if they are rushed or that you are not the most important client at that moment. What a rarity in todays conveyor belt medical services. Although I don't particularly enjoy having the same procedure done twice on the same tooth within 7 days, I must say it does put me in a unique position to compare the different experiences objectively. I stayed with my initial dentist for far too long and mostly out of laziness. Well when my filling fell out the next day and my jaw was aching for the following 3 days - I decided to move on immediately. Like the rest of you I scoured Yelp and came up with my top 3 picks. When I called my insurance company about Executive park they essentially said it would be "out of network" - but lo and behold when i called EPD they said they match "in network" rates. That was sign to me and i ditched the other 2 options and got an appt. for 3 days later. Now when it comes to medical care - I know we all want great customer service, perhaps lovely decor, easy parking, maybe a charming and funny doc to put you at ease (yes EPD has all this)....But what I really care about are the outcomes, and the opportunity to be fully engaged with whatever is going on, rather than treated like I'm a cog on an assembly line. In this current age of information (i.e. google) - a provider shouldn't be offended or put off if you show up armed with questions/research/information. Here are the ways that Dr. Damji and his team shines based on this 1 visit repairing a botched filling. 1. I arrived on time, and I was in the chair 5 minutes later 2. I had a FULL conversation with Dr. Damji (and Julie) re: my primary issue along with a couple other nagging problems I was finally being proactive about. At no point did I feel rushed or "poo-poo'd" for having questions and information about my issues. He even went above and beyond by conducing a quick additional service free of charge to set my mind at ease. 3. It's clear that Dr. Damji has an eye for detail and was meticulous about ensuring that everything was shaped, filed, and polished just so. Yes! We all want a perfectionist when it comes to dentistry. 4. Here is the kicker. Since I had the same service 5 days prior, these particular outcomes are fresh in my memory. During my initial filling (at the NOT EPD location) I had bearable discomfort during the filling, lots and lots of jaw pain following the procedure, moderate tooth discomfort afterward, and obviously - shoddy work since the filling lasted all of 24 hours. At Executive Park Dentistry had ZERO discomfort during the procedure (for transparency, the first place gave me 1 shot of novocaine while EPD gave 2), ZERO follow up jaw pain (this was a big deal!), ZERO follow up tooth pain. and a filling that's sitting pretty in my mouth. This is a review from a visit about a year ago, but I get irritated every time I see the 5 stars given my experience. I made an appointment for my mother to have a cleaning and whitening treatment, and to see Dr Damji. The office changed the appointment to another "new" dentist in the office without telling me, as Dr Damji wasn't there that day. Further, the did not do the whitening treatment and were out of the free whitening kit they advertised. The whole experience was unorganized and unprofessional. read more

My appointment for an exam and cleaning was scheduled much farther in the future than I had wished, but they sent me text messages about last-minute openings which allowed me to accelerate my visit. I completed my new patient paperwork online before the visit. Today was my first visit to this office. I picked the office after reviewing online reviews with dentists that were in network. I needed an emergency appointment because my teeth were in so much pain. I haven't seen a dentist in years. I was apprehensive at first because I had no knowledge of this dentist. The office was beautiful and the staff was kind, professional, and very pleasant. Dr. Omar himself had a great bedside manner. He walked me through my dental issue with a thorough explanation I could understand. Also they have cable tvs in the examine room it was awesome watching HGTV while getting x-rays. When it came to billing since I needed some work they broke down the estimated cost of the procedure with what insurance would cover and what was my responsibility before we scheduled any procedures. My first visit was yesterday. I called last week to schedule and exam and cleaning and even though they were booked through the new year, they were able to fit me in due to a cancellation. The staff was very nice, and my Hygienist was so kind and explained everything in detail. My consult with Dr. Damji was great, as he was very detailed regarding options for some repair work I need.
