I live in a large apartment complex and the signage is not great, so not easy to find my unit. I got a confirmation call 45 minutes before my ride. My driver, Jonathan was exactly on time right outside my door. He helped me with my luggage and was so personable. He had been diving for the service for about eight years. The taxi was immaculately clean. The rate was reasonable for the service I received. Will use their services again and recommend to others.

The driver even mentioned that his employer of East Ridge cab company did not provide their drivers with masks or hand sanitizer! Neither the drivers or the customers are protected from COVID-19 and I'm asking for accountability. The owner needs to start taking this virus seriously!
