A&K came through for us when a car service company didn't show up as promised. Thanks to A&K and Diego, we safely arrived at the Chattanooga airport in time for our flight. Highly recommend A&K for its friendly customer service and first-rate performance. Thanks, A&K and Diego! read more

Unprofessional rude and bad driving habits. Speeding though walmart parking lot on Keith Street at 9:50 on 06/20/2025 and when told to slow down the female driver screams "kiss my a**" in front of children. She was in the silver xb. Professional drivers should know better. read more

They said they would be here 30 minutes ago and I'm still sitting out here waiting on the couch while they're going around picking other people telling me. Oh you're up next year up next and all this it has now Been a hour read more

at all. They don't have the means to pick up us in our home. They are charging $80 and then they don't call us to confirm the pick up.

This cab service needs great improvement to even be considered a legitimate company. When you call to order a cab, they will give you a time to expect them. Always, Always and forever you need to double it because they choose to lie to you instead of telling the truth. They appear to be grossly understaffed and a lack of vehicles serving the public. If you have all day, then you might be able to make your journey in a reasonable time. They play the game just like our government. Make sure you call well in advance of the latest time you will accept it. Wait time is out of bounds in any case, so plan in advance, because they will lie to you every time. read more

So do not use this cab I called awaited hour and a half when I called to see how much longer chick that answered attack me verbally like I was a asshole for wanting to know how long read more

If you want to arrive on time and pay for a cheaper price, use Lyft or Uber. DO NOT USE THIS CAB. You'll waste your time and money. It usually will cost you $30 if you're going to Chattanooga, but this cab will make you pay $65-70. It's not worth it They told me that the driver will arrive in 15 mins. I called 20 mins later, they told me not to worry about it. 45 mins later I called them AGAIN then he finally managed to get in contact with the driver. The driver didn't even know where he was going, was looking at the phone the whole time. I stop the car and just left. I'm warning you now, save your money and time read more

No stars for me they hardly ever answer.i needed a ride so I called them.big mistake ,I had to call back four times after 3 hours I realized they were never coming to get me. They left me standing outside waiting by telling me ,yes we are only 15 minutes away ,which I was told that 4 times. read more

I absolutely love this company. Tony and Amanda are wonderful! They are always on time or early. The owner picked me up this morning for work and was such a gentleman!! If you need a ride, I definitely would recommend A and K Cabs. read more

Wonderful service and Brenda was my super tourist guide during the trip! I came into the KOA at Cleveland and needed a ride to run errands in town on September 27, 2016. She drove up to the KOA office in an adorable little car and took me around to all of the stops, waited while I got everything done, and also gave me a lot of great information about the area. The rates were very reasonable. This review is long overdue - and I apologize as I forgot to place it here and wish everyone at A&K Cab a Very Merry Christmas and Happy 2017! read more

I lost my keys and needed a ride. Called A&K, told them I needed a ride and that was it. 45 minutes later, I called back to see where they were. Another person answered and told me one of their cars broke down on the interstate. I asked how long it would be and she told me she didn't know. She said they only have two cars. At the very least, they should have taken my number and called me when they realized they couldn't get to me in a reasonable amount of time. We need Uber here in Cleveland! read more

Cab drivers are sociable people which makes the ride less long or dreadful. They are always reliable and on time. The rates are wonderful and they have respectable service. read more

I don't have typically have any issues with the drivers, but this company is terribly unreliable. It's one thing that they advertise twenty-four hour service, which is just completely false, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. For one, the dispatch rarely sends anyone soon enough, not to be late. Even if I call an hour and a half, ahead, it makes no difference. Again, this is not at all on the drivers. Then, once they show up, they always ask "how much they usually charge." Depending on what that completely random variable is, in your case, the driver may have an issue with it. A few years ago, I had a guy get seriously pissed off, calling me a fucking criminal, and saying I've been robbing them blind. ... For accurately answering his question. The guy even threatened to call the police. If you aren't charging me enough, then charge me the right amount, to begin with. I'm a customer, not an employee. I can not guess your prices/rates. I have no access to any information to even begin to calculate that. Luckily, over the past few weeks, I haven't had any drivers like that, and they've all been more than fair, and understanding. However, I can tell they aren't getting paid what they should be, but I have no way of personally determining the correct amount. I've been given four different amounts of what I SHOULD be paying, over the past two weeks. That's like walking into a store, with no prices on the shelves, and when you check out, they basically tell you to GUESS what you owe them. If you guess to low, next thing you know, you're in jail for shop lifting. Otherwise, the rest is just a tip, in which case, you have no idea what you're tipping. THIS IS A TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL! Not only does this potentially/eventually screw over your employees, but can lead to some very intense (and possibly dangerous) situations for your customers. This is several years overdue to be resolved. read more

The site says is open and open 24-7. I and my roommate have tried to call since 1 am 08/07/2017. They are either lazy or need to change their hours. read more

I have used A&K for over 3 years. I really like some of the people there. But the last year trying to catch a ride with them is a headache. They always say 20 minutes. Apparently 20 minutes translates into 2 hours. They NEVER show up in under an hour anymore, even when you call 2 hours ahead to schedule. You have to keep calling back to make sure they show at all. Then they have the nerve to get annoyed with you as if you are an inconvenience. I hate to say it because I like supporting local companies, but I've started taking Uber and I'll never go back to regular cab company again. Uber always shows up in under 10 minutes and they cost less. read more
