Given the issues with the trailer, the web advertised price was certainly more appropriate than the "claimed correct price". Reached out to corporate. Greg's only resolution was for me to drive 3 hours and return the trailer - which I have already repaired. Disappointing experience to say the least.

I then called late Thursday afternoon just to verify our price and he confirmed yet again. I went down again Friday to pay and pickup the trailer and he proceeds to tell me that taxes are not included and there would be 2% charge to use our credit card. Needless to say I was less than happy, I then told him we had already agreed on a price and I even called my wife to make sure I wasn't in the wrong. He said he had never told me that and without saying it called me a liar. This was simply a classic case of bait and switch, I left the lot and will NEVER do business with this company. The only thing worse than the product is the quality of service you receive after you make the purchase. If you read this review and still decide to purchase one of the poorly built trailers, then you can't say that you were not warned!!! We have had our trailer for only a few months and it is literally falling apart. The manufacturers tack welded most of the components together and therefore the trailer can not withstand the weight of heavy equipment. I wish that I had done more research before investing so much money into a low grade product. When I took the trailer back to TrailersPlus for repairs they gave us the runaround and made it very obvious that they were not interested in assisting us. The glowing reviews that you see on their website are bogus and the excellent reviews on this site are probably not from actual customers.
