My mom and I came to Andalusia to the book signing of Brenda Gantt. We drove from Texas on a limited budget. I booked the room for two nights. Here is my review: If you are a hotel snob, don't stay here. If you need a no frills, place to shower and sleep, this place is for you. The owners were really nice. It is an older hotel but the beds were super comfy and the pillows were nice. The area seemed safe with a Dollar General and other shops near by. Several good places to eat near too. The room was clean. The front office was locked and you do your business through a small window. They don't have breakfast even tho it's advertised on the sign. Something about Covid, but I think that's silly, personally. Website didn't say there was a hairdryer in the room so I brought one, but there was. I was bummed there was no coffee maker in the room but I read that and brought my own along with some towels because someone complained about the towels. They seemed fine to me. I saw no bugs either. Anyhow, I was traveling with my 86 year old mom and she loved the bed also. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area again. read more

This is an a-okay hotel. We stayed a night here on our way to the beaches of 30A from Nashville. Opp was a good stopping point, because it got us most of the way so we had short drive to the beach the next morning. We checked in pretty late (around midnight), but the check in process was fast and easy. Our room was large and clean. For hotels in this price range (very affordable) lately, I've had a lot of issues with cleanliness and smells (cigarette smoke smell in non-smoking rooms). Not so with Executive Inn. It was clean, and I didn't have any issues with the room at all. Is it basic? Yes. But it's very affordable. Everything was a-okay with me! read more

This motel/hotel had mixed reviews but I chose to believe the good ones as they reviewed what was important to me - cleanliness, comfortable beds and safety. It didn't hurt that the price was nearly half of the other hotel available in this town so I thought I'd give it a try since I was only staying one short night. It didn't disappoint me. They have done a great job updating it although you can see it's an older property. The rooms were freshened up with updated paint, linens and furniture. We only stayed one night but had a restful sleep and I didn't have to worry about walking on the carpet barefood (although I don't!). Really nice staff too. I would stay there again and recommend without hesitation! read more

I stayed at this hotel on Dec 6, 2019. While the appearance of the Inn was not bad inside and out. it's what you couldnt see that ruined my vacation. BEDBUGS!! I was completely ate up all over both arms and my neck. I had to go to Urgent Care due to the pain of the swelling, throbbing and itching. Spent $30.00 for copay, $95.00 for what the insurance wouldn't cover and another $40 for prescriptions. Not to mention the suffering my entire trip. We only stayed here because we arrived in town very late. Would rather have slept in my car. I reached out to the Inn afterwards with no response. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The manager was rude after making us wait while she was in the shower. She was not friendly at all and started yelling so I canceled the reservation and left. A very bad experience I'd like to forget, awful place and people are rude and not helpful at all and the motel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. And after reading the review on bedbugs I'm grateful I didn't stay in this horrible place. I'm only giving it a one star because of the review read more
