I have also never hired anyone to clean my house before but I have been unbelievably busy and let the house get out of control. I hired Holly and her assistant Fey to do a deep clean of my 3 story 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse rental. They arrived right on time with all the necessary equipment and wasted no time getting straight to work. And BOY OH BOY are they hard workers! Additionally, they are honest, reasonably priced, and so very thorough. Maybe the best part, they were kind and patient with my sweet young doodle dog, who was very curious about what they were up to. I will ABSOLUTELY be calling to schedule Holly's services again!

I especially loved the positive, supportive attitude she brought to the task from the beginning. By the time they were done, our old place literally sparkled. All the lighting fixtures and glass had been cleaned -- as had the inside of every cabinet, cupboard, and appliance. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and her rates are ftotally in line with the value delivered. At walk-through, our landlord was absolutely satisfied with the job that had been done. As were we! I called Amanda for a quote, and she came out the very same day to do a walkthrough. She gave me an extremely fair price for what I would absolutely call a very deep clean, given the home's condition. She was also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which was a huge relief since new renters were moving in soon. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived right on time and ready to go. Amanda walked through the house with her crew and clearly communicated exactly what needed to be done based on our prior conversation. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was impressive. When I returned home, I was truly in awe. The house looked brand new. It smelled amazing, and most importantly, it finally felt like a home again. We did a final walkthrough together, and I couldn't have been more grateful for everything Amanda and her team had done. All of my future cleanings will absolutely be with Conscious Cleaning Collective. Thank you so much, Amanda and team!
