I had a great experience with Al at Executive Ding & Dent Removal. My car has about four different dents in various areas, all different sizes and depths. I took photos of each one and reached out to several PDR companies to see if they were worth fixing and to get an idea of pricing. Most companies either quoted a very high total or declined to take on the project altogether. Al approached it differently. He looked at each dent individually, evaluated the scope and effort involved, explained the realistic repair outcome, and priced each dent separately along with a total estimate. Based on his feedback, I decided to move forward with repairing just one dent, since it was the one that bothered me the most. I was also surprised that it was the least expensive repair, even though it appeared to be the largest dent. When Al arrived and saw the car in person, he was upfront and honest. He explained that the damage was more significant than it appeared in the photos and that achieving the level of repair I was hoping for would likely cost more than I'd want to spend on this vehicle. Because of that, I decided to hold off on doing PDR for now. Even though we didn't move forward with the repair, Al still took the time to thoroughly review the dents, answer my questions, inspect the car in person, and offer guidance on next steps. He provided a lot of value and didn't expect anything in return. You can tell he's a stand-up guy who runs an honest business. First of all I would like to say about Al, really cool down to earth dude! I looked at 6-8 different dent businesses, all of the different business were nice but took some time for them to get back to me. When I reached out to Al, his response was quick and to the point. Al is amazing!! I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I had some pretty significant damage to my rear door. It's a BMW and I was told that I would need a whole new door by BMW's sponsored body shop. Well it's an older BMW and I didn't know how much longer I'd keep it so a new door was not the plan for me.
