Very unethical company, I was quoted a price for a taxicab ride from my home in Wethersfield to Middlesex Hospital by the dispatcher of $38 but the driver dropped me off, he charged me a little over $50. That's over a 35% increase from the quoted price by the dispatche. When I questioned the vast varianc, he told me he had already charged my credit card the increased price & that left me with no recourse but to deny the increased charge thru my credit card company. This is a total rip off & I'm disputingn the charge. I have written to the BBB & to yelp about their scam. I would never use this taxi service to anyone. read more

Need a cab? Seriously, these are the nicest, most accommodating, and professional folks around. Here's my story on this place: I recently reserved a cab for "midnight" on a Friday night. Lo and behold, that of course meant midnight on Thursday night/Friday *morning* ... OOPS. The driver was looking for me that Thursday night, calling and texting me from the pickup location and wondering where I was. I slept through his calls and felt awful about the whole mix-up. When I called to explain first thing in the morning, they didn't hesitate to fix the reservation. In addition, I'd texted the driver to apologize for the miscommunication, and he was *amazingly* gracious. He totally understood and gave me his name and driver number in case we ever needed them again in the future. I just have to commend these folks highly on running their business fabulously and for hiring great employees. I would absolutely recommend them! read more

Very good experience. Requested pickup from our home about an hour before we desired to leave. Cab arrived right on time and returned at midnight to take us home. Dispatcher estimate of cost was accurate and reasonable. Driver drive a little quick, but he was courteous and professional. read more

When I call Executive and order a cab to Bradley Airport, they always pick me up on time with a clean, beautiful car. I exit the airport and walk right past people waiting for or getting into the next available old flamboyant colored Taxi for the same rates I pay. They must wonder who I am or what I know that they don't know. Simply call Executive, order your taxi, and keep them informed of any delays. Voila! read more

Pros: They were fast and they were only company I could find to take me from Middletown to Cromwell. Cons: When I got to my destination, the driver could not find the place where I was going even though he had GPS and the correct address. It was dark and the sign for the business was hard to see. I had to call the business and ask for directions. I can't say it was the driver's fault because the sign was very hard to see. The only problem I had was that while we were on the correct road, driving up and down and missing the sign for the business, the driver kept the meter running. I did not feel that was fair. I grew up in NYC and have taken many cabs in my life and whenever I had this kind of situation, (this was in the days before GPS) the driver would shut off the meter if he couldn't find the address right away. What ended up happening was that when we got to the address, I paid about four bucks more than I would have (the fare should only have been 12.00) had the driver shut off the meter before wandering around. I ended up giving him a dollar less for a tip as a result, which was unfortunate, but I didn't feel I should have been overcharged through no fault of my own, since I had never been to the address before and had no idea exactly where it was. read more

I just used Executive 2000 Taxi for the first time. I called and on short notice got a taxi which arrived on time. The driver was very nice and friendly, taxi was clean and neat. When we arrived to our destination, my driver waited until I was inside and everything going well. Highly recommended! I will definitely use them again. read more

Horrible service. Used them Saturday morning with no issues. Sunday they were 30 minutes late picking me up Which made me 15 minutes late for work. It also cost $5 more than the day before for the exact same route! I got no apology from the driver at all. When I called their office I was told not to rely on them on Sundays! I wish they had told me that on Saturday. Used this company at your own peril. read more

This service was need for a wheelchair transport. Driver was very rude car was dirty. The were late for pick up and late again to go back. Repeated calls no one could give me a proper ETA. Dispatcher was rude. When driver did show over an hour late was refusing service because I was upset. I will NEVER be calling these people again read more

After my mom was switched from a different company to Excecutive 2000. The service has been horrible, my mother is a Renal patient & has to be at the hospital for her treatment (Dyalisis) 3 times a week, this company has been very irresponsable in picking her up. They have been picking her up between 20min to1 hour late. I have complaint, my moms doctors office has also made complaint in numerous times and nothing has been done. Very frustrated. read more
