Joeleen was absolutely amazing - even after a tiring 9+ hour flight back to JFK where a flight change occurred and we arrived 12 hours prior to what I had booked her to pick us up for. I called her, and within an hour she arrived at JFK to collect us and our bags and bring us home to Stratford. Great Value, Great Service, Great Conversation, and Safe Drivers! As long as AJG is doing Private Transportation and Airport/Cruise Port Transfers, I can't see us using anyone else.

The vehicles are clean, very comfortable and well maintained; I arrive in a timely manner and safe. When making my reservations, time is built in for traffic and we take the safest, most direct route. Drivers arrive dressed in professional attire; are kind and sincere. I found Bill's after another car service refused to take me to Boston Logan! Since that time they have been my go to car service. During one especially sad instance, we even drove to a Military funeral in Arlington National Cemetery -- my driver could not have been safer, more attentive and compassionate. He rested during the repast when we had time to share memories and offer condolences. Bill's Limo has excellent drivers, vehicles and the utmost concern for providing excellent customer service.

We ran into a big backup in Danbury, he jumped off the highway, made a few zigs and zags and got us onto 684 easy as can be. Nice driving on tight street corners in the Bronx. If only he had more of a personality he'd have rated 5 stars - he was kind of quiet Bus rating - 2 stars Bus seemed old and out of kilter. We rode on Bus #43, and the second TV monitor on the right was terrible - it blinked off and on the whole trip. On the way home there was a major malfunction of the Air Conditioning that had water pouring out of the overhead bins onto many passengers. Some of the water was brownish and disgusting. Must have been some sort of a drainage issue. So how did they "fix it"? Easy- they shut off the overhead AC on a day that saw triple digits of temperature.

It went perfectly with this company. They were able to provide 55 passenger buses for a very reasonable price. I also kept making last minute changes, Darren was so easy to work with. He told me not to worry and we could make changes as often as needed. Most importantly the buses arrived early, got everyone where they needed to be, and were clean and air conditioned.

Our family of 6 was trying to go to CT from California but due to weather, the airline stranded us Chicago with no more flights to Hartford till the next day. In Chicago, as soon as I knew, I called United Coach & Limo to let them know (even though I expect that limo companies always check flights for pickups). They said they would charge me for the cancellation (they have a 2 day policy or something) and, furthermore, I would have to pay again if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. There are many limo companies that would appreciate my business. I found that United Coach & Limo is not one of them.
