After greeting me at that location, he assisted with my bags on a short walk to a late model Cadillac. The car was in pristine condition. Have used this service a couple of times and both I have had very professional courteous knowledgeable drivers. Being a single parent with two kids reserving a private car is much cheaper than parking at the airport, share ride or taking a taxi. Extremely poor service. Booked reservation weeks in advance to be taken to and picked up from our favorite restaurant for our anniversary. Got to restaurant fine. When we were ready to leave, I called driver twice with no answer and called company twice with no answer. Ended up calling Uber to get home. Stranded by ExecuCar. Called company for refund and they said that GPS showed driver on site so no refund would be forthcoming. Great that driver was on site but when he won't answer his phone so the customer knows he is on site and where he is parked so the customer knows where to get a ride is ridiculous. Looking for a private shuttle service in Houston? Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Hands down ExecuCar has the worst customer services and driver reliability I have ever experienced. On the departure our driver was 10 minutes late for a 4:45 am pick up. And the experience got worst after confirming our arrival three times the driver didn't show up.for a 1:00 am arrival fortunately we were able to get a cab and were home by 2:30 am. Adding insult to injury I have had to make multiple calls to get refunded looking for a ride in Houston do your self a favor and call UBAR or a cab. read more

I was neither greeted by a representative or town car (as reserved), but I did get left at the airport for over an hour, and spent 45 minutes on the phone with the "service" dept. After being told I could "cancel" my reservation for a full refund (kind of silly since I'm sitting AT the airport) if I wasn't happy with their service they finally did provide me with a blue super shuttle and a 20 something old gentleman in a blue tshirt, tatoos all over his arms and dread locks. This company is a joke of an "executive" car service. I would NEVER recommend them. read more

The driver we ended up with was great, but I encountered some miscommunication with them, prior to our actual pick-up time. I added a note to my reservation that we wanted to get picked up at a certain time after arriving and eating breakfast at the airport. That note was ignored, as was a confirmation call I made the day before (just to make sure there was no confusion). It took a couple of calls and a couple of texts and speaking to a driver that did not speak or understand English clearly-but it ended up ok. read more

Getting to and from dfw was a breeze with Execucar car service. Will definitely use them for our next trip. I was skeptical when booking online since tip was automatically added at time of booking. However, both drivers were extremely prompt, safe and friendly. In fact, we ended up tipping a little more, especially on the return flight since we were delayed getting through customs. Our driver continued to communicate via text so we were assured he would still be there even though the lines took forever at the airport. Very pleased. Would have liked more assistance with the bags when leaving the airport since a few of our family members were injured, but we managed. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a "professional" car service, Called the reservation number several times and the line was "busy". I mean who runs a business today with a busy signal. I finally got someone to answer and they transferred me to a SuperShuttle dispatcher?? I was calling for a limo or town car to downtown Dallas and they transferred me to SuperShuttle? I actually remained on hold for a while just to see what the deal was in the call was disconnected. I had already added them to my contacts to use for Dallas as well as Salt Lake City Utah. Not anymore. read more

Just returned from a quick trip to Arlington for the Cotton Bowl. This was my first experience using the ExecuCar from SuperShuttle. Both my pick up from the airport and my return trip were flawless and everything was as anticipated. Samuel O and Ahmed, my drivers, were very courteous, on time with clean vehicles. ExecuCar is an outstanding service that we use regularly as we travel. The drivers are professional and courteous and always extremely prompt. The passenger has the ability to set the pick up time if they wish to have a different time than the one that automatically populates. The cars are always in new condition and the drivers are easily identifiable by their white shirts, black pants and jackets. Used service upon return to Dallas Love Field, the driver never called us even though our confirmation said he would. Called 800 number and dispatcher told us driver would call, he didn't call, called 800 number again and was transferred to dispatcher again, this time a women who was beyond rude. If we hadn't prepaid, We would have caught a cab. There were six of us waiting around for over 30 minutes because Execucar couldn't communicate or actually wouldn't communicate. Driver said he texted us, but no text. If you need a car service choose one that actually value customers not ExecuCar. read more

I never write negative reviews unless the company has had ample opportunity to correct the problem and does not. We had a reservation 2 months in advance for a pickup at the airport at 10:10pm. We received a confirmation and thought everything was fine, but the driver showed up to the terminal 3 hours early. There was a testy message from the dispatcher on my phone when we touched down. I called the driver and the call went straight to voice mail. I called the dispatcher, was transferred, put on hold and then disconnected. We finally caught a taxi. Execucar left us stranded at the airport, stole a substantial amount of money, including a prepaid tip, and told us the whole thing was our fault. My husband spent a lot of time on the phone with a supervisor, but she refused to correct the situation. We will never use this service again and will never recommend it. read more
