We recently needed rides to and from the airport, and used ExecuCar. Both rides were great, and both drivers were great. I highly recommend.

They left my mother-in-law stranded at the airport and the a**hat had the nerve to backtalk her. The whole problem started because they wouldn't pick her up where they needed to and then got mad when an airport attendant told her she couldn't walk into an area and relayed that to the driver. She's elderly and shouldn't be walking BEYOND the pickup point anyway. Driver hung up on her and yelled at her. Wtf. W.t.f. Then the supervisor couldn't figure out how to get a replacement and wanted to stay there three hours until he could get someone else. After traveling all day, we were greeted by the rudest driver, Foley A, I have ever encountered. He did not pick us up curbside. Instead, he emerged from the parking garage with a sign bearing our name. When I greeted him letting he know we were the Burch, he said wait a minute and walked right past us into the terminal leaving us standing on the curb for an additional 10 minutes. He did not say hello. He did not say, I will be right with you. He said wait a minute. I paid 150 for a car service so that I would be able to leave the airport hassle free as soon as I arrived. Not to be told wait a minute with no apologies after he returned. Then in the car he proceeded to drive without saying one word. Not one word and basically just dropped us off with a hurry to get back in the car. I have used this service before but probably will not use it again for fear that this is the acceptable behavior and culture of this agency. read more

The only thing good about this experience was the fact that the driver was on time. We were a family of 5- thought I'd try something nicer than an Uber or Lyft. Huge mistake. Online it said that it would fit 5 adults and 5 pieces of luggage comfortably- I got stuck in the 3rd row seat with the luggage piled up around me. The BIGGEST ISSUE- my driver drove like a total maniac- never used a signal to change lanes and drove in excess Of 80-90 mph. We told him we weren't in a hurry, he didn't get the hint to slow TF down. Very dangerous, Especially will kids in the car. Never again. I've also left a review on their website and wrote a letter-- I have still heard nothing. My advice, if you want to make it to the airport in 1 piece to enjoy your vacation use another service! We used this service from DFW to our house. Our plane arrived about 30 minutes early and we were tired from a long day and I was afraid we would have to wait, but our driver was there. He knew about our early arrival. Our driver was courteous and friendly. There was an accident on 635 so he took the tollway without even asking to save us time. We found out that when drivers do that, they have to pay from their pocket! Does not seem fair to me. So I paid his toll and thanked him for his good judgment, which probably saved us at least an hour sitting in traffic. Great job! Would definitely use again. read more

I used ExecuCar for a recent trip - to and from DFW airport. The drivers were on time, courteous, and very professional. There was a problem with my return trip -- but the fault was mine. (I put AM on the reservation rather than PM.) In spite of it being my mistake, the ExecuCar folks refunded the half-trip I had already paid and scheduled a new pickup time. This is so much better than driving and parking. I will definitely use the service in the future. read more

I book at ride to the airport through SuperShuttle app and it came up with this company. I haven't use the SuperShuttle in a long time and didn't know about the change. I was so nervous! If you ever consider using ExecuCar in the DFW area request Ahmed A. He provides excellent service! When our plane arrived he was already waiting at the baggage claim. Ahmed gathered ALL of our luggage and while we were waiting he even assisted someone that was having trouble lifting theirs (impressive). When we entered the vehicle, it was extremely clean, smelled good, and he had water and chocolates ( awesome). The ride home was smooth and relaxing, and he found our house with ease. We have used Execucar for transportation to and from the airport for all of our family trips. We always reserve the SUV to make sure we have plenty of room for our family and our luggage. We have generally had great drivers, but last time our driver was terrible. The car was filthy. It had been 'touched up' with black spray paint, there was sticky rings left from cups on the dash, and the console was a mess. The driver gave me attitude when I asked him to turn the heat up. Not many people are comfortable in a 62 degree car at the beginning of March. read more

I would never use this company again! I had an early flight departing from Love field and needed to get picked up at 5:30 am and booked with ExecuCar (aka SuperShuttle) & wanted to make sure my car was there in the am instead of stressing over whether an Uber was in the area- Well- 5:30 came around and no driver... I called the help # listed on my confirmation, was put on hold for 15 minutes and when the operator came back she casually told me my DRIVER CANCELLED MY RIDE AND THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY . That IS AS BAD AS IT GETS So I had to call UBER and literally sprinted to my plane where I made last boarding call and my luggage did not make it. Just icing on the cake.... they cancelled on me on a previous booking but at least they let me know they were cancelling via there text message service and did so with plenty of time for me to get another ride. This last time I never got anything... It is also 4x as much as Uber- my prepaid ride was 50.00 and uber was 10.00 read more

My experience was better than Aimee's apparently. :) I arranged car service to take us to and from the airport for our honeymoon. 10 days is a BIG parking bill at DFW that I didn't want to pay. The driver arrived about 5 min early to pick us up for the airport, helped us load our bags and uneventfully drove us to the airport - in a probably very similar to Aimee's nice Lincoln sedan. The return driver was waiting for us at baggage claim when we returned and loaded our bags and uneventfully drove us home. All in all it was exactly what I expected and it saved me $ in the long run so it was all good. If you have a long trip then it's worth checking this out. read more

DO NOT USE! Driver that picked us up to take us to DFW threw trash out in front of our house. I made him pick it up. Driver that picked us up at DFW to return us to our house added $15 to our credit card AFTER receiving a $15 cash tip. That is theft and fraud. Should have called the cops on him, but Citibank took care of it. When I complained to the company, I had to go through 5 different people to get it resolved. Supervisor wanted to give me a free ride in the future. No thanks! He should have refunded all of my prepaid charges. Not the way a business should be managed. Driver should be fired, but I bet he isn't. read more

My rule is always, ALWAYS to call a business to resolve a problem before posting a public review, and that's exactly what I did with ExecuCar. Unfortunately, this company failed to assist my client with a major service malfunction, even after two calls explaining my client's situation and receiving a promise that the company would call back within 7 to 10 business days. It has been almost a month, and I still have not received that call. I'm a wedding planner, and in May 2014 one of my couples had a family member book a surprise getaway car to take them to their hotel for their wedding night. The ExecuCar contract clearly stated the correct address of the hotel, and I verbally verified the location with the driver when he arrived. He confirmed that he would go to a Frisco hotel location, which was important because the hotel had also been arranged as a surprise to the couple, so they were not fully aware of their destination. Unfortunately, the driver instead took the just-married couple to a Plano hotel location and left immediately after drop off, leaving the bride and groom on their own in wedding dress and tuxedo. As you can imagine, the couple was shocked to find that there was no room booked for them at this location, and when they went back outside the lobby, they found they were completely abandoned. After this Saturday night incident, I called the ExecuCar service on Monday to receive help. I was issued a tracking number for the incident and was told the situation would be escalated so that ExecuCar could possibly provide complimentary limo transportation for the couple to leave on their honeymoon three days later. When I didn't receive a call within 48 hours, I called back again with the tracking number and was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before anyone could resolve my issue due to the large number of complaints being processed. It is now nearly a month later and I have heard nothing from ExecuCar - no refund, no apology, and certainly no grand offer to correct a mistake that caused emotional distress on a once-in-a-lifetime night for this bride and groom. To help turn around the couple's week, I personally worked with a local vintage car company to provide a vintage Rolls Royce transfer to and from the airport for their honeymoon. This local vehicle company and I personally accepted the financial burden to make up for a huge error on ExecuCar's part and delight the client. It's unfortunate that ExecuCar forfeited an opportunity to provide any kind of customer service to make up for their driver's performance. Again, I feel that it's very important to work directly with a business to resolve an issue before posting any public commentary, and I made efforts to do exactly that. Unfortunately, ExecuCar failed to resolve this very big mess-up, and I feel it's important to let people know that while ExecuCar may be a decent service strictly for airport transportation, please take care of yourself and seek another vendor for any type of important transfer or social event, especially for a wedding. read more

Oh hi! That's my name printed in times roman on a sign for a pick up - that's way better than a taxi or shuttle. And you are next to a very clean blacked out black SUV. I feel fancy. Oh, and you called the day before to remind me about my pick up? And again fifteen minutes before my scheduled pick up to remind me again? Double reminder! Listen, I'm glad you're NOT like you're competitor a few weeks later who didn't pick me up at all. And then texted me four days later telling me they were at the pick up point ready to pick me up. Sometimes, you're crushed by someone you love. When that someone is your default ride to the airport, it's very sad indeed. I have now had two drivers in a row that don't understand the terminal numbering system at D/FW. Since it is fairly simple, and it's their major source of revenue, this is unacceptable. We were dropped at the wrong end of the terminal to start our vacation. We tried to standby on an earlier flight to come home, and our luggage made it, but we didn't. So, we told our driver we needed to go to another terminal to get our bags. Wrong door AGAIN. I called to tell him we were at the entrance he was supposed to have taken us to, and it took two minutes to convince him he was in the wrong place. No apologies, no concern. Unacceptable. The D/FW numbering system are not like a London cabbie's Knowledge. The baggage claims are numbered based on the gates they are near. The terminal exits are tied to the gates, as well. If someone says A16, it's not at A23. The problem seems to be that the drivers are getting younger, they don't take the job as seriously, and based on their driving, I'm pretty sure they'd rather be doing something else. This is a very bad employee trend, and it willl destroy a service-based company. If I want a bad driver that doesn't care, I can take a cab. For the price Execucar charges, and the service they provided previously, I expect much better. read more

If you want to prepay for the service and be left stranded at the airport with cranky children in the heat, then this is the company for you! Be sure to follow up with a 20 minute call where you wait on hold to find out why they aren't where they promised to be, only to be told that they will send a car in an hour to pick you up... then have the customer service representative hang up on you when you ask for a refund so that you can take a uber home instead. I made reservations for ExecuCar to pick Tracey and I up at my apartment at 420am on October 16th and take us to DFW Airport the morning we were flying to Boston for Jenn C's wedding. I also made reservations for us to be picked up when our return flight arrived at 11pm on October 20th. I will discuss our return trip first. Our driver was on time and waiting for us by the baggage claim area for our flight. He took as many of our bags as he could carry and led us to a nice Lincoln sedan. He helped us load the rest of our luggage in the car and then opened and closed the doors for us as we got in the car. He didn't say much on the drive home, but got us there quickly and safely. You can ask Jenn and Tracey both... (oh yeah, and Crys B too) that I am a HORRIBLE passenger. I hate not being in control of a moving vehicle and I like to hold onto the oh-shit handles and gasp when I think you are getting too close to the bumper in front of you. The gentleman who drove us home that night was a great driver and I didn't gasp not even one time. Why only 3 stars you ask? Because his counterpart driver who picked us up that early Thursday morning was not fully awake as he was driving us to the airport and scared me multiple times. First, our driver was 10 minutes late picking us up Thursday morning. Then when leaving my apartment complex, he apparently didn't see the HUGE ASS sign on the gate that said ENTRANCE ONLY, DO NOT EXIT. He sat at the gate for probably a good 2 minutes before I said, "um... the exit gate is to your right". Ok, good out of the gate. The driver then pulls out on the street in front of my complex and stopped at the red light... in the lane where on-coming traffic would be if it wasn't 430am. I had to tell him that the road we were on was indeed not a one-way street and he needed to get in the correct lane. After that, I watched the speedometer the entire way to DFW. I think we got there in 15 minutes and he averaged 82 mph the entire way there. I didn't even have to worry about getting on the airplane to go to Boston... the driver had already scared the bejeebus out of me for the day. It's a darn good thing I was awake and paying attention, since even God doesn't wake up at 430 in the morning. read more

I arranged roundtrip DFW/Sheraton downtown Dallas last week. Execucar was on the hotel website, so that was how I chose them. The service was just fine. I have no complaints. And the morning of the return trip, I called their reservations line to make a change to the passenger count and to the pickup time, and it was all handled efficiently. I reserve the 5Star rating for truly unforgettable experiences. I've had limo drivers who were over and above in terms of personality, extra touches, etc. Execucar was efficient and trouble-free. I love these folks. They are always willing to work with me and do point to point transportation for my medical needs. I have had a number of outpatient surgeries and they always get me to and from safely. I completely trust them. Wow!! I'm super impressed with this service. My husband and I went out of town and decided we didn't want to hassle with parking, shuttle, the whole nine yards. Instead of getting a Shuttle Bus we opted for ExecuCar and we couldn't be more pleased! The driver that picked us up from our home was early and waited patiently for us to get it all together and out the door. The ride was smooth and relaxing and we were dropped off right at the gate! No shuttles, no hassles, just peace before travel. When we arrived at the airport after our first flight, the driver was easy to spot since our name was on the ipad he was holding and he was at the baggage area waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage and was very professional. The ride to the hotel was great since we were in a city we didn't know and there was lots of construction and detour signs. We could have easily gotten lost and been exasperated by the time we got to the hotel. But nope. We arrived timely and the ride was pleasant. The driver gave us a brief education on the city on the way to the hotel which we also enjoyed. The day we needed to leave we went downstairs and viola our driver was waiting for us. The ride to the airport was great since we were exhausted from a long vacation weekend. He dropped us right in front of the airport terminal and in we go. No shuttle from a parking lot, no need to gas up and return a rental car (we had no need for a car during this get away). We arrived in our hometown airport to a friendly face at the baggage carousel. The ride home was pleasant since we were exhausted. Every car we were in was extremely clean and well maintained. The drivers were professional and courteous and didn't drive crazy. The rides were extremely comfortable and we didn't feel like they were rushing us to get out of the car to get to the next "fare". Our driver to the airport was friendly, chatty, and helpful and made the start of our vacation fantastic. On the return, I found that I made a mistake yet a quick call to ExecuCar - especially late at night (between 8pm and 9pm) - started to resolve the issue and within 15 minutes a new driver arrived at DFW to get us home. One of the best rides I have had to the airport. Driver was early and very helpful. Car was immaculate. Driver helped us coordinate all of the drop offs. We had 4 people and four different terminals. I was the first to be flying, but wasn't first to be dropped off, but I was still early to my flight. We even left the hotel after I normally would have, it really helps to have a driver who knows the ins and out of the roadways. Thank you for the professional service. I was very impressed by the service I received. I had an opportunity to use this service twice within a few weeks of each other. When I booked my service, I was dubious about providing a tip before I had actually received any service; I went against my better judgement and went ahead. That being said, I did experience excellent service. The drivers were kind, helpful, and got me from home to Love Field with no real issues. I did not give 5 stars as 1 of my 4 drivers was late, however, they did notify me of that and gave an estimated time of arrival. Even with that, he got lost in my complex without an immediate phone call. All of that, of course, raised my anxiety in travel. read more

Went online at 8pm to reserve a next day 4:20am pick up airport. While I didn't receive a confirmation email, the driver arrived on time. There was also a text sent informing me of the pick up. There may have been a GPS Issue the address as he was in the neighborhood but not exactly at my house. But cannot complain for a short notice and very early pick up. Great job read more

I used SuperShuttle and Execucar (same business) weekly for almost a year. 90% of the time the service was fine. The other 10% of the time it was a nightmare. Two examples: First, I had to wait 40 minutes for an Execucar driver to pick me up at the airport when I had a prepaid reservation for the ride (my flight arrived on time). I contacted the driver as instructed when my plane landed. After finally arriving the driver had no idea where he was going. I had to provide turn by turn directions out of the airport to my destination. In another instance I had pre-paid for a "non-stop" ride. After I got in the Supershuttle van I was informed that there would be multiple stops and a normal 20 minute ride turned into an experience lasting over an hour. The dispatcher on duty promised a refund of half of my fare. The refund was never issued. In both cases I contacted customer service. In the first case I was told they would research the situation and get back to me. After three months and additional inquiries I have heard nothing. In the second case my inquiries concerning the promised refund were simply ignored. If Supershuttle/Execucar treats regular customers with so little consideration, I pity the occasional rider. There are far better, more reliable options. read more

Exactly what I would expect for a airport car service which would normally earn a 4 star, not bad but what I expect, average service. What I haven't told you is the first 20 minutes of my experience.... As I walk out of customs at DFW, I am expecting to see someone with a sign with my name on it. That didn't happen. I checked a bag and waited a good 30 mins after landing for my luggage and going through customs, I walk out and no one is there. I walk further outside, still no one. I called the service and after 15 minutes of being outside waiting for someone who should have already been there, they say he is on his way. First time and last time to use this service. Ran into a problem with two separate flights trying to get in for a funeral and when we called dispatch to let them know we were barked at by an incredibly rude woman(Peggy) in dispatch. She screamed "so what are you canceling? You don't get a refund!" And they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount to wait and there was nothing to let us know that this was a possibility. We gave them a second chance, but they failed us again. The driver that picked us up from home arrived early and parked. We were ready to leave, so we hauled our luggage out to the curb. We had to knock on the car door to get the driver to respond. He then acted annoyed that we bothered him. He also threw trash from his breakfast on the ground from his window. The most important thing a car service can do is be there on time. Execucar has so far failed me twice! Even after confirmation e-mails & 2 phone calls my car today failed to arrive. Contacting customer care I was told the driver was "minutes away" but when they gave me his location it was 20 miles at least. If you have the luxury of time then this might be the car service for you, if not, you should probably look elsewhere. read more
