Went on Feb 13th 2021 with my daughter for us to both get Pedicures and me get a fill. $150.00 later, I am bleeding on my hands from multiple drill cuts, my heels are still rough because he barely worked my heels, my eleven year old has multiple sore spots on the bottom of her feet because her feet were overworked with the grater, and I still have bumps on my nails because he did such a poor job buffing them. This is the last time I'm coming here, which is very unfortunate, as I've always talked this business up to everyone! The prices have gotten ridiculous for the quality they do. read more

Save yourself, do NOT go here! I went here to get my nails done for prom. It was the first time EVER in my life to have fake nails so i wasn't sure what to expect or how to speak up for myself if i didn't like something the tech was doing. I showed the lady what design and color and the shape. while she was doing it she stopped to answer a phone call and then she LEFT!! about 15 minutes later this girl came back with a victoria secret shopping bag!? This girl actually WENT SHOPPING in the middle of doing my nails. She was applying the clear coat when i noticed she didn't add the designs, when i asked her to if she could she sighed and rolled her eyes. i paid $60 for this and there was red stains all over my fingers! please. do NOT waste your time here. read more

The parking lot is part of the mall so you'll find a spot easily. I always come here and ask for Jennifer, she has always done my nails good and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with them! As for my eye brows, I let the owner do them, I have a scar on one of them so hair doesn't grow there, and she always does good to make it not noticeable. Since they're located in the mall, they're usually very busy on the weekends, so don't come in expecting not to wait. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi. Way too expensive for a standard nail salon in the mall. I got nexgen with colored tips, it was 70 dollars just for the nexgen which is absurd..it is normally 35-50 anywhere else. The lady who did mine, didn't say hello or anything to me and looked really annoyed when I just asked for simple colored tips. I also got burned twice and was bleeding. My nails look nice so I still tipped and everything but my bill was well over a 100 for subpar service and simple nexgen + pedicure read more

I had to take my friend for shopping and I went here to get my nails done to kill my time. I loved their service. The guy who did my nails was very attentive and friendly. So far I have tried so many nail places in Lubbock but none of them was as perfect as him. He even suggested me colors to suit my vibe/personality but I decided to stick to pink for a change. My nails discolored and the topcoat peeled off. Nails did not hold up so the quality of the powder must be weak. When I went back in a couple of days later to show them what happened, they tried to blame me claiming I had soaked my hands in a chemical to make them look so bad...which I hadn't. No customer service. They let me leave with a broke nail and chipped one! They were extremely rude about having to fix them talking in Vietnamese. Their initial cost was also more than what other salons charge. They seem in it for the money and nothing else. read more

Nice place. I was in town for a wedding and got a pedicure. Exactly what I wanted and expect from a nail salon.

Salon didn't trim or cut cuticles, massage legs, file or cut toenails, remove calluses and caused pain removing excess nails from side of toe. Poor customer service and prices extremely high for simple shellac. Will not return. read more

Terrible. Never go here. I asked for a simple acrylic French tip and the lady did a botched job! It was uneven, bubbles everywhere, and rushed. She even cut me a few times. I had a conference I had to go that weekend and I was embarrassed by them! After wearing them for ONE WEEK, they started to freaking pop off!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Not worth the price. I don't recommend getting your acrylic nails from here, unless, it's a French manicure and a pedicure. Mostly all the staff is friendly but they sure complain with a smile so you won't notice. Overall, my experience here was okay but I could of gone to the ghetto for a cheaper price with the same quality from here. Also, some of the nail polish are a little old and made one of my fingers crook it. They told me it was my finger *rolls eyes*. read more
