I arrived 30 min earlier, and I don't mind waiting. Yet, for a change of color that costed me almost $500 (I had virgin hair), I didn't even receive water or any kind of drink. The hairstylist was very nice, yet she was barely with me and kept running around because she was overbooked with other 3 clients. If you know you're overbooked, why would you keep scheduling people? when you wont even be able to give each customer the treatment they are paying for. If I had known the price I was going to be charged, I would've declined. But, when she told me I was already sitting there for almost an hour, how could I have walked out and say no. I felt tricked. To top it all, the color I came out with, was not what I asked for. It was brighter than what I wanted. There could've been no corrections made because they were closing the salon while she was drying my hair, so I felt bad saying that I didnt like it (honestly, I should've).
