The reviews are correct. This business is terrible. I had to call back at least 5 times in 1 days because of bad connection or either the employees just hung up. I got an email saying "would you like a "free tablet " There's that word "free". I should have read the reviews on Yelp first, dog it!(and that's not the word I really want to use.) Well, I was trying to cancel it all the same day but because of the disconnecting I was not able to. Then I finally got a rep(?) that I didn't loose connection with (that's why I said that they hung up, I guess because I used the word,"cancel ") told me the cancellation department was closed. All that time trying to cancel and mind you I had no paid the "$11.00 dollar fee" nor had I completed signing up according to the recording and they had already removed my ACP connection (application transfer) to Excess Telecom. I finally got to speak with the cancellation department and they said that it would take at least 2-4 hours to transfer it back. I emailed ACP and they still showed me transfered to Excess Telecom. So now I have to call: Sorry ass, Excess telecom back. Why should I do business with a company that keeps getting disconnected?? They better hurry up and fix it!! Correction: not paid not no pay. I couldn't back up and correct it. Have a great day. read more

All they did was lie constantly, make up dates that the check was sent and blame everything on the USPS. This is a pattern for this company and not an exception. When I had their "service" it always scrambled every single day and they refused to give a credit for it. They just bill you and you tow the company line. My daughter attempted to call her several times only to be told Kayla is busy. My son in-law called and advised he wanted to speak to Kayla supervisor and suddenly she had all kind of time. When you have supervisor such as Kayla no wonder shentel has so many problems and low ratings. A company is only as good as their employees so this explains a lot.

The service representative, Amanda, came across as unprofessional, unfriendly, and unwilling to assist. Customer service should reflect professionalism, attentiveness, and respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience during this visit. Based on this interaction, I would rate the experience very poorly and hope management addresses the level of customer service being provided to customers.

Asked him why does he have to refer me elsewhere? i was alrdy in their store! He said he only handles sales for new customer. i told him it's supposed to be a one-stop shop, not just for new customers, but also for existing ones, just like the former employees back there like Cameron & Anthony, who truly did awesome in giving their personalized service w/o limitation! This employee, RAJ, is undeniably lazy & very unaccomodating to me! So before i blow my steam off & go down his level, I just left w/a promise of leaving a bad review, not on Tmobile, but on employees like him! But a great plumber is only good if you can get a response from them. I've been dealing with him for several years now. Consistently I've had to message repeatedly, call repeatedly. On occasion - as the first time I contacted him probably in 2023 - he answers the phone himself, and provides info on what he thinks the problem is. And he does phenomenal work. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Nada. And still a leaking well tank. C'mon. Do better. We are done, hope you sort yourself out with other customers - I've seen several other people have had the same experience.
