Our driver Veroncia was friendly and on time for both picking up at my home and at the cruise terminal. The company had us ride in a 22-seat minibus for the price of the limo, so we all had a lot of room, and the bus seating was comfortable with air conditioning. We had an excellent driver and aide that were replaced with people that should not be working with…read morechildren. My son was constantly coming home upset that the driver and aide were talking about guns. If children were having these conversations they would be suspended from school. Then the driver and aide started insisting they search my son before he boards the bus to make sure he wasn't brining his drum home. The problem wasn't the drum it was the size of the bag. If his drum fit into his small medical bag he would be allowed to transport it and yet he had to show his medical bag. This same driver forces my son to sit alone and against the window "because he is a type one diabetic". She has mocked residents of Cherry Hill and engaged in numerous unprofessional conversations in front of young children. The day time aide called special needs children "simple" and said to another "there is something wrong with you". The list goes on. The morning aide was removed pending an investigation but the afternoon driver and aide remain on the bus. Despite transcripts of these inappropriate comments being provided, Hillman has done nothing to protect the children on this bus and I have been reporting concerns for 3 months now.

I give them a deposit and they send me a invoice in the mail. how old school of them. i realize about 6 weeks before the wedding that i hadn't paid my balance. when i called to find out when that was due it ends up they hadn't noticed that i hadn't paid yet either and it was past the due date. i pay and they actually charge me the wrong amount and didn't notice that either. then it's about 2 weeks before the wedding and i realize i didn't get plane tickets or a hotel confirmation in the mail yet. i call again and they said "oh didn't someone call you to see if you wanted them mailed or picked up." no one ever called. i decide i better pick them up since they are so unreliable. and good thing i did. my friends tickets were mailed to the wrong address even though she had called twice to let them know her new address. and i still have not received the insurance information that i purchased with the trip. the same insurance that i had to remind them that i purchased more than once. This place is so small town and disorganized. i wish I never booked with them. And I will almost put money down on it that I show up at the resort in the foreign country and they don't have my reservation. I should of just booked this trip myself. It's not like I got a special rate or saved any time or aggravation booking with them. in fact it actually cost more time and aggravation. so thanks for that.
