Unfortunately their office doesn't do root canals so she couldn't get help with that but Danielle was SO kind & patient and tried her best to find a solution ultimately helping with a couple of referrals. Based on her care, knowledge and patience if I was local I would definitely be going to this office.

They pushed dental implants when I originally went for partial dentures. The implants were a…read moredisaster. Four infections while waiting for the bone to strengthen for which they only prescribed antibiotics. Put implants in sockets that had been without teeth for 10 years and 4 years that should have had bone grafts first. The implants on top are so close to or maybe in my sinuses that the area has been throbbing for years. On the bottom they put an implant in where just six weeks earlier an oral surgeon had cut through to get my wisdom tooth out and had curetted the area. That should have been left to heal for six months, not six weeks. Did not get the bite right with the crowns, never did temporary crowns and just decided that they did perfect work. Developed TMD and TN from the bad bite. Crowns and teeth had traumatic occlusion, implants and natural teeth hurting from hitting at bad angles. Have had several more infections and showing all the signs of allergy to the metals in my mouth. Every step of the way they blame the patient for their shoddy careless work. They talk down to the patient, gaslight, deny and refuse to listen or help. It's phantom bite disorder they said. They saw that the bone levels were shrinking but they acted like it's all ok. I was doing everything they said to do but I was getting sicker from the metal. Oh and then they decided I need a lingual bar (made of stainless steel which also contains nickel which I am allergic to) on my periodontally compromised lower anterior teeth AFTER they put the crowns on. Did I mention that their Expanded Functions Dental Assistant put my abutments in without the dentist even in the room? Sunshine Law says that is a no- no as of the date it was done. Someone who took a six week course is putting permanent items in my mouth. Amazing how they cut every corner. Tried for months to get them to listen but they made appointments impossible to get, everything was 2-3 weeks out. Then it was their position that yeah the bite is messed up but that's because I forced them to make adjustments and I messed it up. Then it was their position that I have a very rare nerve problem that required me to go to a specialist 1,500 miles away and when I completed treatment there then they would do only very minor adjustments. No, my mouth hurts because of the inflammation and bad bite. I gave you almost $50K and you screwed me over. Ask the 12 dentists, prosthodontists and oral surgeons who said Holy S*** that's real bad, will be almost impossible to fix, I don't want the headache. A couple of dentists tried to fix things but it didn't work as it was so messed up from the beginning. Thanks Lee, you really screwed me over but you care about money over your patients' health. For over five years I have suffered because you are not a stand-up guy. By the way I don't need a dictionary to read the bs study paper on Persistent Dental Alveolar Pain you gave me. How insulting. You have no idea of how many degrees I hold nor the positions I held in my work career. But that's just you assuming you are superior to everyone, especially the stupid patients that are foolish enough to come to your practice. So now I am sick with all this metal in my mouth, and not sure how to afford removal. You put it in and you should take it out before I have no bone in my jaw. But you won't, got to keep that assembly line of new money moving. They knew the work was not done well so they used a strong offense to be their defense. Matt was totally out of his element trying to create a bite. Michel just stuck implants in without thinking of the final occlusion or the strength of the bone to last for a good long time. They lied about the composition of the implants. They are not just titanium, they have aluminum and vanadium composing 10% and other trace elements. I am allergic to almost all metals but they told me they are just titanium. No one could tell me with certainty what is in the abutments. So folks, stay away. These guys are dishonest and won't care once your money is in their pockets. Because of them I lost my job, my home, my health insurance and my car. With what I spent with them, other dentists' second opinions and loss of income it has cost me over $350,000 and my health.

I was shown what possible complications could potentially occur during surgery and what those options would be (just in case) before commitments were made. Everything went well and the contingencies were not needed. I did not have covering insurance, but the costs were not any more than my in-network insurance dentists had quoted. The latter may also be a reflection upon unscrupulous in-network dentists (name withheld) refusing to grant treatments without agreeing to unnecessary procedures, it is worth noting that I didn't have any unneeded options being pressed with this dentist, and I appreciate that honesty and professionalism. The first Implant specialist that I consulted saw my scans and said he couldn't do the surgery. He said "there's only one guy who can do this, this is a job for Kumar". I later learned that my first doctor had studied under Dr. Kumar, and he is in fact incredibly talented. Six months ago he told me this practice was his passion. Now, after months of complicated treatment, I have a full set of Zirconium teeth and permanent implants. Doctor Kumar is very dedicated and professional. His staff is pleasant and efficient.
