Called on Jeff on Monday about pool leak in plumbing on back side of gunite pool wall. Octavio was out the following day and quickly cut out bad section, chipped gunite back enough to to be able to cleanly access piping (he did not take shortcuts) and repaired and pressure checked plumbing. I will call Jeff and team for any future pool service needs. read more

Highly Recommend Excelsior Pool Service and Leak Detection. If you have any concern about excessive pool water lose, this is your best one stop shop. I've been dealing with a leak for a few years. 3 years ago, hired another company, paid about about the same rate but they were not able to find the leak. Told me must be very small, not big enough to address. This summer being one of the hottest, I was losing between 1.5-2 inches per day. Talked to Jeff, owner, he was able to quickly schedule. Today was the day. I'm so relieved Jeff took his time, did a complete test including diving into the pool (other company did not get into the pool). Found a gap between tile and skimmer. Fixed on the spot. Price was fair and reasonable. read more
