They communicate well with each other and will send you to the appropriate location if need be. I use the one in Bernal Heights, which is phenomenal. The staff is extremely pleasant, and knowledgeable and pretty much every field of spirit. FYI, I don't really do wine anymore, so I can't offer any insight into that part of their business. Carly (sp?) is the manager and extremely knowledgeable. Parking can be an issue, but compared to the rest of San Francisco, it's pretty good! Decor is not really appropriate, but the good stuff is usually on the floor...

The prices change randomly -- one day something costs one amount, then the next day it's higher or lower depending on who's working. It feels unfair and almost like harassment.
