Excellent in every way. Fast, fair and friendly. Awsam was wonderful. We could not be happier with our experience and our new windshield. Highly recommended read more

Awsam with Excellent Auto Glass did a great job replacing the windshield on my Civic today. I called him at 8:30, he was at my house by 11:00, and before noon he was finished with my car. Outstanding service and a very pleasant experience. His quote was ~25% cheaper than using Safelite, and I always like supporting local business instead of massive corporations. read more

Cannot recommend enough! So quick and helpful. I got my front windshield replaced and he made sure to have the best quality glass for my car. He also comes to you which is amazing. If you are looking for someone that does a great job and is fast this is the place to go! read more

Awesome service! This is my third time having to replace my windshield and Aswamhas done a great job each time. He's on time, quick and clean. I was recommended to him by Subaru. He is the only person they recommend when your Subaru has the Eyesight feature. He comes to you which is great, I have two kids each in car seats and I don't have to wait at a shop with them or take Ubers back home, same day service and I didn't have to wait three weeks like the other company my insurance recommended. Extremely satisfied customer! read more

I could not have asked for a better experience. These guys came recommended by the dealer where I always take my truck to get serviced. They gave me a very competitive quote and where available the next day. The team showed up on time, where very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family without a doubt. read more

I was referred to Ed by Subaru in Kearny Mesa and was really impressed by his great service and responsiveness to al my questions. Was really happy with their competitive price of $545 for the windshield replacement AND Eye Sight Calibration for the car. He arrived within the hour he told me he was going to arrive, professional, and was able to complete the work with no issue. Next closest quote I got was for close to $700, so I was surprising glad I had gotten referred to him by the dealer. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needing their windshield replaced, especially if you have a cruise control/lane assist device. read more

This was the first (and hopefully the last!) time I got a chip in my windshield, and I had no idea what to do. Excellent Auto Glass went over the possibilities with me, and I was able to book an appointment for the next day. They repaired the chip quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the work. Communication was also excellent and timely. They arrived when they said they would, and respond to texts and phone calls quickly. I would definitely recommend! read more

Jennifer was awesome. The installer was fast and efficient. The ent process was very easy and simple.

My husband had Geico call them to set an appointment and my husband had a 3way call with them. They said they could come out today as we are pressed with time due to renting a garage from our complex just for today. Well we took our car from our dealership to park it in the rented garage and was under the impression that everything was set. Excellent Auto Glass calls us saying they are going to cancel our appointment because of the rain which was a known thing when we scheduled. We were able to schedule with a different glass shop thank goodness because I wouldn't want to deal with this company again. read more

AMAZING! My window was off track & Adel fixed it in less than 20 minutes. He initially gave my bf & I 3 options: $80 to open & realign the window, $200 to replace the entire window and the last option to open it ourselves & he'd do the job for free. Inexpensive $80 for an easy fix, when other companies were trying to charge me $300+ for the same job. THANK YOU ADEL & his partner (I'm sorry I forgot your name) for coming to my house & fixing my window in the rain. Honest company. Great customer service. read more

This is the best place to get your glass fixed. No doubt. They helped me out so much. Their customer service is perfect. I am so so happy with them. They are kind, reliable, they came within hours and fixed my window perfectly. They go above and beyond for the best price in the entire San Diego County. I would recommend everyone use these guys. These guys are excellent! I called the day before and got the helpful owner on the phone quickly, through the patchy service he stated he'd be over the next morning. He quoted me ~$175.00 (labor and parts.) on my 4-door sedan. What a steal! I was told they would arrive at my driveway between 0900-10:00 and they were here just before 10:00 with a txt to inform me that they were ~5 minutes out. They arrived and two kind men jumped out and shook my hand. I was impressed with how they worked together well and as a team. They installed my glass in about ~20 mins. It was so neat watching them tear it apart and see how it's done. They both walked me through each step and were so kind and nice to me while they reworked my windshield. I was so impressed. They did an excellent job and emailed my receipt immediately to my email in box. They take almost any forms of payments including check and debt/credit cards. also the phone number on the yelp pg itself is a direct contact to the 2 owners. Note on the side: * *Glad I read all the reviews, I'm a believer in doing your homework and searching for a hardworking company. One review stated that they saved their DOD stickers so the woman didn't have to go on base and waste a few hours in line with a toddler. I think that is just fantastic. People like these guys that go the extra mile are amazing. High-five excellent auto glass! read more

This service was some of the best we have ever received, anywhere, from anyone, for anything! Awsam came quickly. He was SO HELPFUL, so HONEST. I highly recommend you using his service. read more

I had Excellent Auto Glass come to my job and replace a windshield in one of my cars a bit ago. After they left it started raining and water was coming inside of my car around my windshield. I called them back and they came back out and said it was fixed. I recently got a knick in my windshield and decided to have another company replace my windshield as they had excellent reviews and were cheaper. Once the new shop called took my windshield off they called me back immediately. Apparently, when Excellent auto glass replaced my windshield previously they did not use primer which caused the top part of which sits under the top part of the windshield to rust which in turn caused the rust to reach my roof and start to make it bubble. I called Excellent auto glass as this is a major concern and they came to look at my car. I was questioned why I did not go through them to have my windshield replaced, why I did not try to bargain them down, why I did not call (which I did), how much did I pay the new company, why I would pay that amount for after market glass, and if the new company used primer. I am not sure why any of that I relevant since my issue is the windshield never being repaired properly and the rust. Nor is it any of their business why I chose to go through someone else or how much I paid. This was very unprofessional. When I told him what I was quoted I was even told that they don't give quotes out like that. He even told me I never called. He even looked it up in his phone cause he did not believe me and found my call. When he looked at the logo on my glass he told me he knew where I got it replaced and immediately told me they had several bad reviews on Yelp. Completely not true! I then explained the place I chose had 115 reviews, 5 stars, and no complaints or bad reviews! Again, what relevance does this have to my issue!? I didn't appreciate the rude comment about an assumption regarding another company then bad mouthing them in the process, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He also asked me why I didn't call them about the rust. SERIOUSLY!!!??? You could not see how badly rusted it was unless the windshield was completely off. Then, he started making excuses of how they do not know where I have been parking. This is ridiculous! We have 6 vehicles of which we have used this company several times and referred them several times as well. We will not be using them again nor will we be referring them in the future. read more

These guys are Excellent as the name says! They replaced my busted out window in less than 40 minutes. Great factory glass replacement too. Outstanding service, super friendly, courteous and on time! Awsam is great! He runs a great business and was one person that just didn't just throw a cost to me over the phone. I never had a cracked windshield and he took the time to explain a bit instead of rushing off the phone. He serviced my car yesterday and I'm pleased with the work. I had my entire windshield replaced. Highly recommend him and his team! Thanks so much Awsam! read more

Yelpers are always right, well the ones that aren't paid or bribed. I called these guys. They primed me first to say, well this is not chinese windows..(lol) We would also get a new gasket and they come here to work. 175.00! Man, that price is better than we paid back in 2007, for our 2007 Nissan frontier windshield. When they got here they took their time and were VERY careful. They came in and even though we shorted them the sales tax because we were quoted 175.00 and I wrote the check for 175.00, they absorbed it!!! These guys are nice, professional and GREAT prices!! They also do chip repair, but we didnt need that for now.. hopefully we dont need it! read more

A+++++ service! I called and spoke with Ed this morning because I needed my windshield replaced on my '97 Ford Escort. Not only was it the best price I could find, but the service also exceeded my expectations. They were able to come to my house the same day and only charged $135 for the whole repair/out the door, no hidden costs, no nickel and diming, just honest service. The plan was for them to be here between 4pm-5pm, I got a call around 4pm saying they were on their way and then they arrived 15 minutes later. They were here and gone in about 20 minutes and even fixed the hanging fabric on the roof of my car a bonus. Another bonus: they used better molding than windshield originally had at no additional cost. Hopefully I don't have anymore auto glass break in the future, but if I do I will definitely call these guys again. read more

Awsam and Ed are AWESOME! I have used these gentlemen for probably 10 years. They used to work on my work fleet, personal cars, and every friend I knew who had a glass need. They are so kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to have consultations with friends to explain the glass, the system, the process, insurance etc even if they know the person was getting te work done by someone else. I recently had occasion to have another windshield replaced and Awsam and Ed stayed in very close contact when they were running late. Why were they late? Because they stopped to get me fresh desserts from their home cuisine to bring it to me after having not seen me for a couple years. And ho-ly cow - those desserts were delicious! And of course, my windshield replacement is perfect and was so easy since they come to you. You can't go wrong with these guys. read more

No one wants to have to replace their windshield, but if it becomes a necessity, these are the guys. . . These guys are the best!! You pay what they quote you and they even came out the same day I called. Their price was well over $50 less then everyone else I got quotes from. They did an awesome job and we had some great laughs while they worked. It's really hard to find their kind of service and honesty amongst business owners these days and so refreshing to do business with an owner who not only knows his field but cares about his customers. They showed up exactly within the time frame they stated and were in and out within 40 minutes even with a couple of difficulties they ran into removing my old windshield. If you call them for a quote (which I highly recommend you do) don't even bother going anywhere else! Their name says it all. They are excellent at what they do! read more

These guys are awesome and did a fantastic job. They replaced a windshield on my company vehicle and repaired cracks/chips on two other vehicles. Used this company based on yelp reviews and was not disappointed at all!! I needed a side window for my Camry that some lowlife busted out the night before. Another company initially quoted $165 and when I called back to set up an appointment, it suddenly became $265. I called Excellent Auto Glass and since they were local, they could be there within a couple of hours for $145. They showed up, vacuumed out the broken glass* and installed the window. I have not seen the window as my son has been driving the car, but not only did the factory tinting match, but it was actual Toyota glass as well*. I asked my son if it was used glass, but he said it looked brand new. They also tested it from that door and also the driver's door switch. I'll use them for all my glass needs from now on. * On Edit.. I knocked them down from 5 stars to 4 upon seeing the job they did. The glass did not say Toyota like the original, but the 'United' brand and all the numbers matched the other glass. They also did not vacuum out the cubby under the broken window and I found it full of broken glass. I'm glad my grandson did not reach in there for something. All said, I would use them again, but wouldn't leave it up to anyone else to check out their work. read more

The only negative thing I can say about these guys is that I did wait around for quite awhile after their estimated time, but once they got here, they were able to replace my windshield in about half an hour. Their quote was for nearly half the cost of anywhere else I got quoted to replace the windshield. If you have the time to kill waiting for them to show up and then to complete the work, you cant beat the price $175.00 for a new windshield for my 09' Toyota Yaris S. The quality of work they did was awesome and they cleaned the windshield before they left. I would def use them again or recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Made an appt day before and quoted me $285 to get my acura tl front windshield replaced. Next morning came at the time window given and got to work right away. Five stars all the way, these guys are very good at what they do! They have the best glass and pricing in San Diego County without a doubt. We highly recommend this company for any automobile glass replacements. Thank you Sam you are a rockstar! read more

FYI this is long and worth reading. Five stars because they deserve it! So I had Awsam and his partner Ed replace my window back in April 2016. Great guys, very friendly, awesome to be around while they work, always have a great story, very personable. So I get a chip in my windshield driving to work in October. I'm having work done to my girlfriends car by a Machanic. He tells me "ohh I can fix that chip, come back on a day that's sunny." So I did, "ohh the resin is dried up," he says "I'll have to order more." Couple days go by it cracks. I go back and tell the Machanic "so since we waited to long, now what" he tells me " gonna have to replace the windshield I have a guy who will do it super cheap." My gut told me to just call Excellent but now I'm thinking this guy is gonna feel bad and help me out. So I send him the details in a text of my car and specifically say no Chinese glass twice, once at night before, once in the morning it was to be done. He tells me 120 for Chinese 180 for American. I agreed to the 180. Turns out the glass he ordered was for the wrong model car. I tell the Machanic this isn't right, he says aww shit this glass is for a 2003 wrx not the wagon. Let me see what I can do. He calls me back and says well it's sealed but if you want it fixed I'll have to come out of pocket. I tell him that's fine because I want it fixed he yells at me and finally hangs up on me. I'm pissed I call Awsam and Ed and explain the situation and what Glass company it was. I send a picture of the bottom right of the window. They call me back and tell me it's Chinese. The back of my head this M...r F?!!er got me the wrong glass and made 60 bucks off me. I tell this to Awsam. They remember me and want to make it right even though they didn't put the glass on and the fact it was a totally different company. They wanted to make it right, "because you are my customer" he said. Awsam called the other glass company and cancels my appointment with them to fix their mistake. This was 11/10/16 Awsam tells me let the glue dry and "because your my customer, we'll come out and fix it Monday with Pilkington Glass." They's guys took out the Chinese glass and replaced it with Pilkington for 50 bucks because they felt bad. If that's not customer service your from a different planet. I was amazed with their customer service. Couldn't be more grateful I now have the right sized window and the American Pilkington glass that I expected from the first guys. Awsam and Ed now have a lifetime customer. These guys are excellent and you have to be with a name like Excellent Auto Glass! Thank you so much guys. Give them a call and I promise you if you need replacement or chip repair these guys hands down will not let you down. read more
