With me being out of state, I had limited time on my last visit to get everything coordinated. I reached out to multiple companies that could provide personal care and some companionship. After interviewing many companies, we picked Senior Helpers. From my initial call inquiring about services to our in home assessment, I was impressed with them and how they engaged my Dad. The next day they set up a few intros with potential caregivers and we found our Sarah. She has been amazing for my Dad and filled what was missing in his daily routine. The office team's communication has been great, keeping me updated on his progression. Being out of state, it has really made me feel a little more easy that he is in good hands. Can't say enough about Senior Helpers team. Dave J.

I excused myself and told her I was no longer interested. I left and call to try to get someone else's she answered and said she was the supervisor! I will not interview or work with someone so rude!

And they have no family living in Baltimore. I live hours away and with Covid pandemic could not travel to them, their daughter and my cousin both lived in the Atlanta area. We were panicked. Their neighbor who called us was in Florida on vacation. I called the social worker at the hospital and she recommended Rhoda Blackwood. I called immediately and as soon as I heard her voice, I finally felt calm. She was just absolutely wonderful and she knew what she was doing, a real pro. She went over to the house as soon as she could and put my aunt and called my uncle to put him at ease. Their daughter called and she was immediately put at ease. We knew she was in great hands. When Rhoda had to leave, the other caregiver was awesome too. She and her staff are essential in today's world of family moving out of areas where our elderly loved ones want to stay in their homes. I know I will have a need again and the first call will be Rhoda. She is in my iphone and knowing she is a call away is exactly what this family needs.
