Resorted to calling corporate office in order to get phone calls returned. Contract was for two weeks, 6 visits each 4hrs in duration. Well the caregiver managed to show up only 3 times over the course of more then 3 weeks, eventually had to call corporate to terminate contract. In addition we paid extra for a skilled caregiver as opposed to just a companion. The caregiver that actually showed up for 3 visits our 6 was not skilled, held no certifications and had no geriatric experience. She was very nice which is important but not equipped in anyway to provide the care we requested and paid for. I definitely would not recommend the Abingdon MD franchise location of this business. I cannot speak of how other franchise locations are managed or operate but the Abingdon location is a joke.
