This was a great value when looking at the durability, service, and making certain we were happy with the final results. Brandon Duvall is an excellent salesman. He truly cares and followed up with us in every step of the process. I even ribbed him some, but he never broke his professionality. I think he got us the best deal he could. This is an expensive product, but if it's worth doing, then it's worth doing at a high level of quality. The crews were terrific. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and super respectful. I'd certainly recommend this company.

We had a strip of roofing get torn off in a storm…read more We called another company that came and put a tarp on but never showed up to repair the roof and wouldn't return calls or texts. So, my husband called Kanga Roofing and they came right out. We got an estimate and paid half up front. Then the worker showed up to fix the roof a couple weeks later. I was a little surprised when he pulled up because we were supposed to be notified. Good thing we were home that day. Both individuals who came out to our house - person who gave the quote and took the 50% deposit & the person who repaired the roof - were polite and friendly. The work was done very quickly, as it was just a small strip that need replacing. We asked the worker about paying the other half owed and was told that a supervisor would be coming out to inspect his work and then we would pay the other half. Well, no one ever came out to check the work. My husband works from home and we have cameras - so we know that the inspection was not done. We're hoping all is well with it. Our credit card - that I guess they kept on file from the first initial payment - was charged as soon as the work was completed.

The day we met Tom and Dan, I knew we'd go with this company as I instantly felt like these guys were honest and committed to seeing our project through. They told me they'd get us on the schedule and had a start date of about 4 weeks out. They were actually able to start our job a few days earlier than anticipated, which was great by us. They showed up and worked and worked, and knocked our job out in the amount of time they projected. Incredible customer service, craftsmanship, attention to detail... these guys exceeded our expectations across the board. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Construction Solutions to anyone with a home project in mind!
