It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. I recently closed one of escrow transaction and Premier Properties Escrow was the servicer. I…read morerepresented the buyer and seller chose the escrow company. I was told that Keller William agents are asked to use this company by their broker. It was not a pleasant experience with errors after another errors with negligence by escrow officers. Our escrow was delayed almost a week and it caused financial loss to my client. Errors by escrow company continued in escrow closing statement which caused unnecessary time to fix. Closing statement were not provided to agents even after buyer signed it, I had to ask for it numerous times. I had to make at least 10 phone calls to get through. My emails were not replied back. My closing package was received 5 days after close of escrow, after I emailed and request for the closing package. When I was finally able to review the closing statement, I noticed double charge on the buyer statement. Then after review of charges made by Premier Escrow, I noticed $300 processing fee, after full escrow fees and all other various fees were charged. Their explanation was "every escrow company have different fees" Throughout entire time of email communications, Premier Escrow broker and Keller Williams broker were cc'd. Until today, no one from escrow company apologized for the many mistakes and preventable errors they've done. Escrow sent me an email stating that they discounted escrow service fee to my client due to "horrible service" they provided. Which I replied that my client was charged more than average escrow fee. Then they replied back and said they confirmed that they "did not" give discount to my buyer. Still, no apology. Over all, it's been very unpleasant experience and next time I do another transaction Keller Williams listing, I would advise to work with any other licensed escrow office other than Premier Properties Escrow. Their escrow fees are higher than average fees and service is below average. I generally give 5 star review on yelp for escrow companies and it's really hard to get 1 star on yelp review from me unless service is below average. I hope this review would help this company improve service level in the future.

I had problems with communication with both the agent and the escrow manager. I had originally…read moreasked to use my own escrow company but my agent said she would rather use the few companies she typically works with. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went with them. My transaction was a probate transaction. Certain documents were needed which I sent in to them early on. A week before COE they asked for a particular document that I wasn't aware of what it was. I contacted my legal counsel and was advised thay what I had superseded what they were requesting. I then contacted title myself since escrow said they were just the middle man and only asking for what title requested. I advised title what counsel told me and didn't hear anything again until 2 days prior to closing. I wasn't getting anywhere with escrow or the agent. The documents that I had Fedex'd early on were not sent to title and thus in turn delayed my closing 1 week! Costing me money in extra utilities, taxes and homeowners insurance. Like the previous review here in Yelp, escrow didn't apologize. I had to complain about them and their lack or professionalism to the agent before I got an apology. I closed on a Friday and didn't get an email from escrow about closing. I had to ask for my closing docs. Their communication was horrible. I just got an email from the agent saying congratulations you funded but not a call or thank you for your money at all! The agent who is also a KW agent was also hard to get in touch with. Most of my calls were not answered only to be followed up with a text saying, whats up or I'm at Disneyland. I would never use this company again. I would not recommend them to anyone and would advise anyone against using them. I have some very unprofessional screen shots between the lead agent and agent of KW premier properties. I'd be happy to provide those if the company wants to work with their employees on professionalism. I hope this helps anyone looking to use both KW agents and KW escrow.

There are a lot of things in life you only do once or twice, and the first time doing it can be a huge learning process because, well....it's your first time. A wedding, raising a child, buying your first home, picking your pokemon go team, etc. Well, going through your dad's home and preparing it for close of escrow is one of those things. THANK GOODNESS there are companies like Grasons Estate Sales. Initially, I reached out to my realtor to get their advice on what to do. They said they could help me find someone to just literally dump everything in my dad's house. It would have costed me $3500 to do so. But I thought that would be such a waste, as I wanted to sell or donate as much of the items as possible. That's where Grasons Estate Sales came in. Initial consult, they came through and looked through the home, explained their process, and gave their initial impressions. They come in a couple days ahead to prep the home...put up some tables to line up your items and stuff. Then, they run the estate sale in your home for a couple of days over the weekend and take a % of the sales. Then, they (optionally) can dump everything you don't want. Or, you can arrange something yourself. You just pay them for their time/labor. Essentially, you are using the proceeds from the sales to help offset the cost of clearing out the home. Turns out, I came out slightly ahead after everything was said and done! Imagine having to try to sell items by yourself. You know how flaky those Facebook marketplace people can be. It would take literally weeks/months to sell items yourself in the time Grasons Estate Sales took. So much time and headache averted! I'm totally satisfied with the job Grasons Estate Sales performed. As I mentioned earlier, I was out of town, so by the time the estate sale happened, I was already gone. So, we communicated via text for everything, and their PM, Sunshine, was on top of things to send me progress photos and receipts of the sold items. Oh, and they were honest enough to even tell me they found $7 in one of my dad's drawers, and returned that to me! Really chill and honest company. Couldn't recommended enough!
