Everything turned around for me once I started working with Bob (Robert) and Jessica. I called them at all hours of the day with a million and one questions and they were not only responsive, but also patiently explained every little detail that I was confused about (which was a lot). Bob came up with several different loan scenarios for me, all of which included every incentive program that I qualified for. After speaking with a number of different lenders and real estate agents, I realized that things like city-specific financial incentives are not common knowledge, even among experts in the trade. Bob knows his stuff and ended up saving me a LOT of money. He even called me once to say, "Great news - I just found a way to save you $1,500." Need I say more? I was also extremely grateful for Jessica, Bob's assistant. One time, Bob was in a meeting and normally, that's usually a sign to the client that they'll have to wait for a call back, but Jessica was so knowledgeable about my files and current situation, that she was able to help me with all that I needed herself. Bob also called to follow up after his meeting. Double win. I never even had to step foot in their office.
