Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. My case number is 2331-AC06419 and I encourage you to look it up as it is public information. The judge agreed with me and I prevailed with a judgement against Randi Green. Background: Randi Green installed a crown in my mouth which she did not size correctly. It was bigger than my original, natural tooth. The now, larger crown crowded my mouth and rearranged the alignment of my bite. Randi Green refused to correct her error, she did not refer me to an orthodondist nor did she offer to correctly fix her mistake. She simply tried to sweep her shotty dentistry under the rug by refusing to take my calls and discontinuing my treatment. During the entire experience Randi Green's office staff were extremely rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was left to find a new dentist and orthodontist on my own. If you have been wronged by Randi Green you are not alone. I encourage you to fight for what is right and, if you stick with your cause, you can prevail, too. DISAPPOINTED I was…read morefired from this dental office for canceling my appointment for today. I had an appointment in December, but I was sick with a virus like influenza. (I never was tested to confirm) I didn't think he would want me coughing in his face every 30 seconds. I didn't want to cancel the for today appointment, but when I woke up early this morning, my daughter's cat had taken a significant turn for the worse. (She has had cancer) She could barely breathe and had not been able to make it to the cat box during the night. So, I called the vet early this morning and we decided it was time to help our sweet cat over the rainbow bridge. The vet appointment was right before my dental appointment and I didn't think I would make in time nor did I want my daughter to be left alone to grieve. The dental office was not open yet when I called so I left them a message notifying them of the situation. Then I get a text early this afternoon stating that I would not be able to reschedule and would need to find another dentist. The part that is so frustrating is they never notified me of their cancellation policy! Ugh!! What a great way to end this bummer day.

I am currently in the middle of my Invisalign treatment at Becker and Scott and it has been nothing but great experiences. I went for a consultation that was COMPLETELY FREE and this is where I learned about my future problems I could have. A couple weeks after I started my treatment. I now have gone in a couple times for scanning for Invisalign, getting attachments placed, and checking up on it. I am really glad that I decided to use Becker and Scott which was originally a recommendation from my dentist. Every time I go in all the staff there are so nice and helpful. Inside the building you can get free wifi and water, and they also have a rewards program. Basically with the patient rewards program you get points for doing things like starting treatments, coming on time to your appointments, reviewing Becker and Scott, etc. Then you can use these points to get gift cards. It is great that you can get free gift cards just for coming to your appointments. I have had nothing but good experiences at Becker and Scott, and I would recommend nowhere else for any orthodontic work you need done.
