But honestly, their website experience has been one of the most frustrating college portals I've used. I consider myself very computer savvy. I've successfully handled registration, payments, class enrollment, and online portals with Chaffey College, Fullerton College, Santa Ana College, and even UCLA pre-hospital programs online without major issues. Saddleback's system, however, feels overly complicated and cluttered. I literally made 3calls all while trying to navigate through the clutter. The site constantly times out, and there seem to be glitches between the main portal and Outlook web app. I'd click to view messages and get a "hang on while we sign you out" message instead. Then I'd rush back into MySite before the session expired again. Even something simple like checking my Summer 2026 classes felt unnecessarily difficult. There are too many tabs, locks, checklists, tutorials, and steps all over the homepage. It feels overwhelming instead of user-friendly. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for students who aren't comfortable with technology or for international students navigating the system for the first time. My first experience calling for help back in March was positive, but recently I felt like support would rather have me drive to campus with my laptop instead of explaining things clearly over the phone. That was disappointing. A counselor, literally suggested I drive to campus with my laptop ‍ I really think the website design needs improvement. Simpler navigation and a cleaner layout would make a huge difference because the current setup is unnecessarily confusing for students trying to complete basic tasks online. I really hope that for summer semester all these glitches clear up.

Last year, when I saw Damn Yankees at the lovely McKinney Theatre on Saddleback College's campus, I wasn't blown away... but I had a good time. It was a successful show. Fast-forward to this year and Saddleback's production of Oklahoma! in the heart of South Orange County. I have officially been WOW-ed by this production team! The cast and crew came together to put together a splendid version of this award-winning show and they really treat their audiences to a great time in the theatre every day they're there. Kudos to the design team for the beautiful lights and scenery--and extra kudos to the musicians, sound folks, and singers in the cast. This CLO looks great but it sounds fantastic! The show was sold out the night I went--a big deal for a theatre that seats 400+. There's ample parking, a shuttle/tram that can take you up the hill to the theatre doors, fairly-priced concessions, and comfy seats. I love all those things when I'm out seeing a show! I'm excited to see what this team puts together in the summer of 2012--I know I'll be back to take in the sights and sounds at the McKinney again. If you get a chance to see a show down in Mission Viejo at Saddleback, GO! You're certain to be impressed!

I believe 2028 is est completion. They are doing it all at once as opposed to different areas at a time. My child had an issue with a roommate situation. I'm about empowering my kids to figure things out. After a very discouraging initial experience with the mental health services on campus, my son finally got a little direction. Then dealing with BMAC was a whole other issue. It's like they knew these kids don't understand how to navigate the system, so instead of helping direct them, they make it difficult and drawn out. Another issueI was double charged for tuition. They don't send the people who ACTUALLY pay the bill the info. They're "teaching the kids to be adults" and although I support that it's quite frankly ridiculous that I as a parent can't see a bill!! Need to call the bursar's office? Says they open at 8am but the recording at 815am says they're not avail and hi call back during normal hours. Lastly, the amount of money I'm paying and the amount of classes that get canceled is pretty crazy. I feel like I'm owed a refund.
