Gives out wrong medical advice. I just received a letter saying I was no longer going to be seen due to non-compliance. I was just there last week to be fit in to see if I had a UTI. I did not. I was not seen by her but another physician that took over an hour. Before that I had seen her for a fear of a clot in my leg because I had had a clot before. She wrote an order to be seen at vascular to check out my leg, I immediately went there: no clot! Thankfully, not once have I not followed her instructions. She is going on maternity leave, it feels like her way of dealing with the idea she may not be back sooner than she thought? Not sure, however putting me down as non medical compliance will not work. There bathroom is nasty, the pen to write the name on your specimen cup is sticking properly from people who pee and use the pen to wright with, the little pen holder hadn't been cleaned since the day it was bought. Someone had shaved in the sink, there was left over hair in and on the top of the sink. The large paper towel roll was sitting on the sink that was gross. I guess it was too much work to put the paper towels in the holder?! The nurse wanted me to bring out my pee cup even though I had just washed my hands?! She had gloves on. How many of their patients walk out with peed on cups, bare unwashed hands and touch things. Yuck. I've reported both the doctor and nurse. I let the hospital aware of how this office handles patients. Clinton deserves better! Do better!

He stays right on top and has been there for me as a doctor should and beyond. He cares, truly cares and has been a major support figure in my life. I can't imagine him not being my doctor and dread the day he decides to retire. I hope it's not anytime soon, as selfish as that may sound! lol I love his staff! I was told that because I do not have insurance, it would cost $250. Fine, no problem, I know it costs money, so I paid it and I paid upfront before ever seeing a doctor, or a PA as it turns out. I now have a bill for another $109. They did blood work, I figured it was to test my thyroid as that is the prescription I needed refilled. They never told me though what was being tested, or that it was being sent out. Blood work normally costs me $75 with no insurance in California, I received a bill from Quest for $1,131!!! At no time during my visit was I told there would be additional charges like this. If they had said, "we are sending your blood out for X, Y, and Z and a rough estimate of cost will be $X, I would have said no thank you, only test the thing I need right now. How can Maltman Medical get away with this! I wish I would have read the reviews on here before scheduling an appointment.

Another different test to do? Disability paperwork filled out) This man made everything so difficult for me that I would have panic attacks and not be able to open his secure message responses to questions I asked for days. Because the answer was always "no" or him doubting me or making this process of trying to get something complicated diagnosed even harder by making me argue for every single thing. Like filling out short term disability paperwork when I was going on FMLA leave. Everything was already hard and he made it harder. The most recent time, when I called to ask their office manager what to do when the doctor can't help, I got a certified letter from Dr French firing me. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. He can play like he listens and play a good doctor, but when it really matters, he'll let you down every single time.
