I had a really great experience here a few months ago. The care team was efficient and kind. Today has been hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. I thought I may have arrived at the wrong place it's so bad. I've been waiting an hour in an exam room (they have 4 total). All I hear is a party out at the "Clinical Station." Lots of laughing and joking, no work being done. I'll update this again the next time I attempt to get care here. Sad, really. read more

I walked into the clinic not long after opening and was told by the unwelcoming receptionist to fill out the paperwork in my car and then wait for a text. While waiting, I noticed quite a few people were now standing either in line or outside. Finally after waiting for over an hour in a very hot car and calling the office as to how much longer it would be, I received the text. I walked back into the now empty clinic and noticed that all the others that had come after me were no longer there. I asked the receptionist if I had been forgotten and she coldly replied no. This receptionist had been very cold and not at all personable nor friendly from the very start. It is because of her poor attitude and the length of time that I had to wait in my hot car, that I will not be returning to this clinic. I know she had forgotten to notify me! read more

I would give this zero stars if I could! I walked in with my partner who was sick, and I was TOLD to take myself and my MEDICAL service dog outside due to allergies. I'm no stranger to ignorance on the topic of service animals (of course, if you serve the public then you should at the very LEAST have a basic knowledge of rights for those with disabilities) so I took out my little card of ADA rights and Department of Justice number so the woman at the front desk could become more informed or take a photo of it. I was met with a snide smile and, "I don't need to," which is ironic since she didn't even understand the BASIC rights of those with service animals. Her words were condescending, arrogant, and downright rude when I tried to offer an educational opportunity so hopefully the next individual with a service animal doesn't have such a negative experience. There is a great difference between those who are ignorant, and those who are unwilling to learn. The individual with short brown hair with blonde highlights is the latter. Shame on you, ExacCare, for hiring such a person who looks down and discriminates against those with disabilities. May the next person with a disability read this, and save yourself any grief by finding another clinic. read more

I have been going to this place for four years. It was a very nice place, nice nurses, nice nurse practitioners. Everyone knows my daughter and myself by first name. Well I took my daughter there because she has huge swollen infected lymph nodes according to her primary care doctor that she has been to yesterday and today. Her pcp said take her to E.N.T. Well ear nose and throat said she was being underdosed and given the wrong medication by her pcp and they couldnt see her. I took her to Exac Care and everyone was nice and weighed her and told her that she would be put on the right dose or her medication changed. Well some horrible nurse named Heather came in there and confirmed that she was being underdosed but she was not going to help her. I had a panic attack and she looked at me and my daughter and yelled as loud as she could GO. Then they called me back while I was still in tears and hyperventilating and told me that I could not come there anymore and my 7 year old couldnt come there anymore. She said everybody in there heard that. Well I am sure they did hear her yelling at us telling us GO. THE point is this woman is a horrible person and she needs to find another proffession. HEATHER has a horrible bedside manner. She is rude to her patients. She needs to get a job as a jailor the way she treats people. If you yell at a person because of a panic attack that you induced you dont yell GO as loud as you can and call them back and say you cant come back or bring your seven year old daughter. All I have to say is everyone of the providers that I have seen over the past 4 years have been great and I hope Heather does not ruin the reputation of exac care because it used to be a good place to go. Not anymore. Thanks a lot Heather I guess your red curly hair got you a nurses liscense but with your attitude it wont last you will be fired within six months. Couldn't ask for more efficient, friendly, or professional service. I showed up first thing as a new patient and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse and NP who saw me were super friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly (Who wants to sit in urgent care all day while on vacation, right?) and only charged me for an office visit, not urgent care copay. read more
