I was repeatedly told that everyone was booked, despite my request being very minor. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and willingness to accommodate a long-time client. I wasn't asking for a new appointment or a lengthy correction--just a quick adjustment following a recent haircut. I would have expected a salon of this caliber, especially with directors such as Amy on staff, to make more of an effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
