Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was an angel, kindly assisting me with paperwork, which was quite lengthy, but I understand the necessity.
