Came in a hour later and left in 2-3 hours but when the invoice came in I was billed for 4! Called and Kendall said he would look into and soon after I received a corrected bill - no apology but at least they made it right. Decided to use them for a second time where they had to drill through some brick. The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. Jessica (the previous owner) was absolutely wonderful in helping us select all of our cabinet hardware and lighting needs, and always followed up as necessary. Now, however, it is [apparently] under new "management", and it seems they are closed more than they are open. I have a failure and warranty issue with a couple of light fixtures, which I brought to their attention over a month ago. The issue has yet to be resolved, and I can never seem to reach anyone at the store, either by phone or in person. When I go by the store, it seems it is always closed, even during their "regular" business hours. When I call, it's an answering machine (or voice mail). What a terrible way to run a business. Really poor service, at least "after the sale"...

Today another ceiling fan went out and the fluorescent fixture in the garage. Bought the items at Lowe's and they came out, next day and installed them. Small jobs like this or whole house wiring, no job is too small or too big. Fast service, dependable and nice folks! Use them, we will.
