Since my husband was a new patient we had some paper work to fill out so we called to tell them we would be late. When we walked in she still had an attitude and was standing off to the side behind the counter gossiping with a coworker. They lack phone etiquette which is disappointing. How ever my husband did say the physician was wonderful and did do miracles on my husbands back so we do recommend this office if you have really severe back pain or need a good adjustment
