It's always easy to get a convenient appointment; I never wait long; and Dr. Sulentic spends a lot of time listening to you. His explanations of problems are always clear and easy to understand. What's most important to me is that when I've followed his advice, I've never needed a follow-up appointment because something went wrong or worsened. I also appreciate that he's an amateur cyclist, and he understands that his patients are eager to return to physical activity at a high level. I highly recommend Dr. Sulentic.

Unfortunately his staff needs some attitude adjustment and lessons in dealing with patients. They will not return phone calls, insist on payment upfront regardless of what the insurance will cover. Have illegally threatened to not turn in disability paperwork if the bill is not paid in full. Also they have mysteriously "lost" disability paperwork for weeks at a time. Blatantly lied about the doctor being on an extended vacation when he was actually in the office the very next day. If you can make it past the bad manners of the staff good luck to you!!!!

I had already made two trips due to their limited office hours. I also was suppose to get a gel injection. They don't want to go through insurance they want you to fill out a form and a unknown company will call you request your credit card information. Once paid they will send the medicine to the office. You then have to make another appointment each of which cost you more money. If you have money to burn then you should go to this office. After 3 weeks attempting to get medical care from this office I decided to go somewhere else who values their patience.
