I had my initial visit with X-rays and they came up with a "plan": 28 visits, 2-3 times a week for just under $2000 out of my pocket which included my insurance. I had 5 visits where very little was done about my foot, again my main complaint. Visits consised of stretching my neck and back and very little foot focus. Things I felt I could do at home. Then I would get adjusted, very little done with leg and foot. Then I would lay on a massage table with stim (again not much with foot). Then I would get cold laser therapy which was extremely fast and lasted a few minutes max. I had high hopes that this would help my plantar fasciitis and when I realized this plan wasn't working for me I decided to cancel after 5 sessions and see a podiatrist. I was told I would be refunded, which took a bit of time. When I got the credit to my card it was not for the amount that it should have been, but was deducted 3% for a credit card fees. I WAS NEVER told that nor was I given other options for refund that didn't include fees. A bit disappointed as this was my first chiropractor experience. It felt more like we were in a play pen together all stretching the same and then moved down the assembly line. This felt $ driven and less patient complaint focused. Maybe a different chiropractor would be better, and less "company" and "as seen on tv".
