They didn't, iPrintLA failed to even initiate the job within the timeframe promised. On May 7, I requested that the job be cancelled, and for iPrintLA to refund the full amount to my credit card. I was sent an email by the company promising a full refund on the same day. I have tried numerous times to ask for my refund by email and phone since May without success. It's now October, still no refund. I reported this company to the BBB - they tried and didn't get a response either. iPrintLA has the "BBB Accredited" symbol on it's website, but I could not find the business on the BBB directory. Bottom line, don't use iPrintLA, they are not a reputable or honest business.
