Mainly, I want to say that aside from Wes, the other staff present while I was here (about a year) were wonderful. In particular I loved Tabitha and felt very supported when she was present. I also want to say that Wes, while he might know a lot about the world of competitive kickboxing, is not the person you want in your life if you are aiming for improving your health or if you have body image problems. His attitudes and loudly-voiced opinions about weight loss and "health" do not connect at all to anything other than the vague idea that to be fat is bad. Between his "coaching" and the pressure to get my money back from the twelve week challenge, I collapsed into a really aggressive eating disorder, and he actively encouraged it. Anyone who is responsible for nutrition coaching or health coaching should know the harm in advocating for achieving the maximum caloric deficit, and in particular, the fact that he watched me drop nearly 60 pounds in six weeks without even checking in or discussing the importance of anything beyond losing as much weight as you can physically bear does not speak well for his character or his knowledge. The bottom line is Wes is the worst kind of person to put in the path of someone interested in getting in shape or losing some weight. He puts his ideals about how you should look and his desire for your money above any concern for your wellbeing, and willfully ignores your concerns when voiced. He has no regard for sustainable habits, and no interest in actually working with you on your goals.

When asked what the incentives were, Wes could only tell the group of all the ways he would be using us to promote himself.
