I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I rarely leave reviews but when people are looking to purchase something that is so costly steer clear. I am not local to the area , I found an RV that I wanted more information on and reached out via email. They reached out first thing the next day and we were ready to move forward. I had been in very close contact all day with our sales agent and went as far as submitting a credit app to have them run our credit. It wasn't until after our credit was ran that we got a call saying "oh sorry the camper just sold to someone else"...... 1. Why did you run our credit if someone else already had a credit app in for the same unit 2.Why weren't we informed before taking a ding to our credit that we had no shot. It felt like since we were not there in person we were pushed to the side and completely screwed over. I got a call a few days later from the manager saying how sorry they were, they weren't sure how this happened and they were going to make it right. I wasn't sure how seeing as how the camper we wanted now belonged to someone else but was willing to see what came of it. We continued our search for a different camper and thought we had found one about a month late. I reach out to the sales agent as well as the manager asking how they were going to be able to "make it right" I simply asked what that looked like, through our a few options, to see if I was on the right track or way off base. I would get vague responses and eventually none at all. Once again since I was not there in their face I was pushed to the side and not cared about. Unfortunately good customer service is incredibly hard to come by and from my experience does not exist at this location. If it were me I would go anywhere else.!

The skylight leaked water, refrigerator did not work, canvas in bedroom area was separated from the camper in one area, the converter did not work and the bearings had not been checked as promised. It's an outdoors Wonderland. Our company uses the store for all of our safety supplies at work as far as clothing and safety. Boots are concerned. The folks are friendly. This is the first PIA store i've been to where everything but the bats, was VERY overpriced. The point of the store is that it is used equipment, yet whoever is setting the price points for this store is out of their mind. Majority of stuff is set at, or near retail value and frequently noticed is by far not anywhere near new condition. Very disappointed with the operations of this store for the community.

The store also offers sporting goods of all kinds, including Waters sports, baseball and softball, camping, tennis, running, basketball and football, etc. One of the things we like about Dick's Sporting Goods is the ability to use and purchase their baseball bat warranty which offers a trade in program subject to the terms of the warranty. After about 30 minutes, they began hurting my feet so I knew they would need to be returned. Today, I went to take them back and the cashier said they can't take back worn shoes. I'm going to post a pic of them because they were still in pristine condition with the tags. The feeling of being stuck with a $180 pair of brand new shoes you can't wear is a bad feeling.
