I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

My husband and I used ClassPass to book our appointments. I have been working really long hours the past few months, and I didn't want to drive 45 minutes to an hour to Spavia. I originally booked a Wednesday evening appointment, but cancelled to accommodate my husband. My husband and I arrived for our 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock appointments at 4:37. Upon entering the front door, no one was at the front desk. The sign on the desk states to sit down, so my husband and I sat on the bench and waited. About 5 minutes later the receptionist came through the front door and immediately started the check in process. We completed the form on the tablets, and I placed my tablet on the desk because the receptionist had stepped away. The receptionist seems to be responsible for a few tasks. The bench was wood but comfortable. The place smelled good. The theme is a bit of a jungle theme with fake flowers on the walls and ceilings with monkeys hanging. After checking in, we were taken to the back to wait. There's a bathroom with dim lighting. The seating area was comfortable. There's at least 4 oversized plush chairs and a couple regular chairs. There a filtered water pitcher and what seemed like tea. At 5:05, I was taken to the room. At almost 5:15, my massage began. It was a good massage. Brandon massaged the areas I needed. The massage ended at 5:59. I booked a 50 minute magnesium rejuvenating massage. I don't know if magnesium was involved as it was not discussed. Overall, it was a good massage. Brandon was also my husband's therapist. Would we go back? We are undecided on whether or not we would return. We did not book a future date.

She got snotty with me on the phone, even after explaining all of this (when she should be thanking me for not spreading my germs) and completely lost my business. When I finally got a hold of her, her response after yelling at me that I ruined her day off was that I was neurotic because my husband is much younger than me??? Unprofessional Kind ? There was nothing kind about Terri's response. On Saturday, I called her for advice at 8:45am. She did not return my call until 1pm. At that point, I had already been to the doctor who informed me that I had a chemical burn that needed to be treated. I did not return Terri's call because her voicemail did not voice any concern for me what so ever (even after I sent her the pictures), and in fact she told me to "stop googling things on the internet" that I had superficial burns. Again, I have had this procedure done many times in the past with NO burns on my skin, just peeling. Now, I have to hope that these burns heal and do not leave a scar. As for unkind words, I finally called Terri back and I was appauled when I was told that I "ruined her day off" and now her Sunday, and proceeded to tell me I was overreacting because I married younger man and I am insecure ? really?
