They called to let us know what day and time they coming to set up in which they came and set up the day before his party and the tents and chairs were in perfect condition. No problems! The second time was for my baby shower this past Saturday and I was not too pleased with the service! 1. I put in for the rental 3 weeks prior to my baby shower and they never called to give an estimated time window. So I had to call them because I thought they forgot about me. When I called they gave me the estimated time window in which they arrived on time. 2. When my husband, parents and I opened the chairs, half of them turned out to be dirty and rusty. We had to clean them down to the best of our ability. Which took time away from other things we had to do before the time of my baby shower. It was a good thing none of my guests said anything about the chairs but I did call the place and complained about it and they were nice enough to give a refund for the dirty and rusty chairs. 3. I had to call again on Monday to find out when they were picking up the chairs since I was never given an estimated time for that. I was told they would come on that same Monday between 10am and 12 noon for pick up. They did not show up until 1p. Not happy with this kind of service at all! I don't think I will be using them ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Later on that day, she emailed me a quote for over $3,200+ for ONE large tent for ONE day. They tacked on so many additional fees. I received two other quotes that were a fraction of the price for the same weighted tents and same lighting structure- both quotes were less than $800. They are taking advantage of peoples desperation and are robbing people. They should be ashamed of their unethical business tactics. Stay away!!!

We planned a 10 yr anniversary party for my youngest daughter. The guest list kept growing so we…read moredecided to have a backyard party. In covering all the aspects of the party I thought about the possibility of weather issues. So I decided a tent would be the solution. I called around for a couple of quotes but after speaking to Justin from Magnif-A-Tent I knew I was heading in the right direction. When the guest list was completed we had 125 guests coming. Not being exactly sure of what size tent we would need, Justin came to my house to measure out the yard to find the best location and to see how big a tent we would need. He laid out a plan for a 30 x 60 tent with an adjoining 20 x 20 tent for a dance floor, and for good measure a 10 x 10 tent for the DJ. Justin and his crew showed up Friday morning and spent 7 hrs setting up these tents along with tables, linens and chairs. Saturday morning it was raining and Justin and another fellow showed up early in the morning to double check that everything was perfect and we would have no problems. The party began and the weather cooperated as best it could. Party was fabulous and went off without a hitch because of Magnif-A-Tent. Do I recommend them.
