They also offer embroidery - which I've had done for a friend overseas that's crazy about Manchester United. It's great quality embroidery (actual cloth, not iron-on stuff) and again at a very decent price. The owner and workers there are super friendly and very helpful. They aren't too expensive but aren't cheap too. They always keep their shelves stocked well and I personally haven't run into a situation not finding what I came in for. We have got table tennis bats, balls and few sports wears here and haven't had any complaints so far. Most of the time chains like these set a standard and only thing that can stick out like a sore thumb is customer service. This DICKs doesn't have that problem, luckily.

Well, now I do and along with other great or good value factory stores in this mall, I'm glad I finally got to this one in person. The NB Factory Store in JERSEY GARDENS MALL is a pretty decently sized store with what I consider to be a very wide selection of NB shoes and other products for men and women. On the three recent occasions I shopped in this store, I was met and greeted by some very nice and considerate employees who were very helpful and considerate, especially after I told them I am hearing impaired. During my second visit to this store, I had a very particular style of running shoe in mind and fortunately, I was able to find my size quickly. After some quick browsing and a final look-see, I was able to get out of the store in a very short period of time. If you are a fan of New Balance products, I recommend this factory store without reservation. The prices are great, especially during their BOGO events and even without them, buying an individual pair of shoes there will be, IMO, a worthwhile trip.
