I will not buy another used car any where else but from EVO Motors! All the sales people where friendly and helpful. I worked with Fred Farha but mostly with Mac Farha. There was never any pushy sales pitch. I asked to test drive a few vehicles and was able to do so quickly. The cars have clean records and they have no problem showing you the past info on the cars. I had many questions since this car was a major upgrade for me and unfamiliar to the new technology. Mac was wonderful! Also I had gone back after the car was purchased not sure what it was. (Again not familiar with the new technology.) Havier Rodriguez was very patient and explained things where I understood. This is an amazing place to buy a car with no hassles, gimmicks, pressure or worry if you bought from the right place. If you are looking for a used car I would suggest stop here first, you won't regret it! read more

Bought a car the following day it was flashing malfunction. Dealer did not want to help take care of the issues. Owner yelled at me I'm front of his children and wife and made my wife cry. She came from a funeral to do business and the owner said do you want to compare dead people and that he had buried more people than us in the last few days. Truly pathetic and embarrassing to see a business owner behave so childish. read more

This was the most easy smooth process I've ever had buying a car. We went in on a Monday evening and had found a car that had just been brought on the lot. It hadn't been services yet or priced. Within an hour it was priced at an above reasonable price and all sale documents were signed. We met with Zac and he was awesome! We returned the next night at 5 o'clock and the car had been serviced and looked brand new. All the cars have great mileage and priced way better than other dealerships that we looked at. It is busy, but the process goes fast and smooth. They have a system that really works for being so busy. We will be buying all our cars here. read more

If you like being yelled at by an associate for parking in a spot another associate told you to park in... then you'll love it here! And that's as far as I got with this place. When that is your first impression you don't stick around for more negative experiences. When I posted my experience on carguru I got a not nice reply about how I should have told on the associate instead of posting a negative review... well sorry but not sorry! I wasn't sticking around after the banging on my window to move my car when I'm there with cash in hand to spend at your establishment. read more

One of the worst car dealerships. I was interested in a car and was planning on purchasing one from here. Called to get the car fax sent over and it was never sent. All calls go to a call center, of which employ very rude customer service agents. Requested a call from their website and through a third party website. Never received a call. I was about to just head over to the dealership, but luckily I received the carat (3 days later) the morning I was going car shopping and saw that the car has been in an accident. Went elsewhere the same day and paid cash for a car. read more

Marianne -was more than awesome helping me with the process of purchasing my car. I am not someone that can sit somewhere all day to get something done. EVO motors was very fast and put up with a lot of my NY mouth lol. Marianne, was super professional and very helpful. Everyone was awesome at this establishment. I absolutely HATE car payments, but I would for sure purchase again from this place. Thanks so much to all of you!! read more

Not a fan. They appear to base solely on volume and not customer service. We found that the car we test drove had some of the insulation around the back doors was loose and falling off. The salesman told us just to push it back in. The car was not clean inside. We left and found a car elsewhere read more

Call to find out a little bit more information about the lot if it was a buy here pay here if it was lenders what the process was Diana answer the phone and was extremely rude acted like I was bothering her when she answered the phone instead of saying hello she said yeah Evo motors very short on the phone with the responses acted like I was a big inconvenience people like that don't need to be working in customer service I mean it is your job to deal with customers and answer questions on a regular basis and if it's that much of an inconvenience Or let's say you're having a bad day don't show up don't take it out on potential customers because word-of-mouth is everything read more

I went to this wholesale spot because I don't like to haggle about price. I want something quick, easy and fair. I filled out the application online and was approved for the car I wanted. I was told to come in the next morning for a test drive and sign paperwork. No worries. I walk in and to be honest this place is run like a broken assembly line. No sign in, just wait for the girl to ask you about the vin number and where the car is. I did the test drive and noted a couple of issues with the vehicle. Nothing outrageous the rotors needed to be cut and the tires changed because there was a nail in the side wall of the tire. Typically you only have to change the problem tire, but it was an all wheel drive vehicle and all the tires need to be changed. Well in my mind there are two options either the dealer takes care of it and we move on or I'll take care of it and you knock that off the price. Their solution, replace only the one tire with a used tire(unacceptable) because their mechanic says it won't impact the transmission. First off we don't replace tires with used tires. Two if your mechanic doesn't know that by not replacing all four tires it will impact the transmission and other major components of a car I'm highly concerned with his abilities. Especially when that information can easily be looked up. I understand you're in business to make a profit, but damn can you do more than the bare minimum. Did not complete the transaction and will take my business elsewhere. Walked away shaking my head at this poorly run operation. read more

If I can I will leave 0 star ! Don't waist your time never go there ! Every single car has accident , even if they told you there is no accident, don't believe them !!!!! The only reason this place deserves the single star I have given it, is because of the price of the vehicle I purchased. Other than that my experience at this establishment was messy, disorganized, and lacked proper communication skills. On day three of being in Orlando with my vehicle all the lights appeared on the dash of my vehicle and a pesky shake was occurring once reaching speeds of 50 mph. I immediately called the shop to have this fixed and inquired adding the added warranty to my vehicle- all which I was initially told yes I could do upon dropping my car off for service. I dropped my vehicle off Saturday 3/16 and was told the car will not be touched until Monday due to the establishment being "extremely busy". When I pulled up not one, not two, but several "mechanics" were sitting on the ground using their cellphones, with not a single car pulled into the shop. Meaning they had plenty of time to begin servicing a car that clearly wasn't properly checked and ready to be sold in the first place. Moving forward, I waited for a call on Monday the entire day had passed by and I had yet to hear from anyone. I proceeded to call and figure out when I could begin my journey from Orlando to pick up my car- I talked to five people and no one had answers. The last gentleman told me the service manager would call me when he had an update. This was at 5pm, the shop was two hours away from closing. So, what exactly was I waiting for when it takes over an hour and a half to get there. It baffled me that no one even seemed to care but was so willing to help and kiss my a** initially when I had money in my hand to purchase a vehicle. Upon arrival "Mo" told me that I could not add the added warranty, which was the complete opposite of what I was told over the phone. This apparently was due to the fact the "loan was closed and finalized". He told me I could do it through a third party company for $250 down and an added $95 dollars a month! Outrageous! At the time of paper signing the price difference was $12, how did it make such a drastic jump? So, now we are at today 3/19/19, and Evo Motors is calling to tell me they need to verify my income from my job. I thought that my "loan was closed and finalized", indicating that I couldn't add the warranty to my vehicle? The individual's comment was: "I don't know. You could've added it when you picked up the vehicle, I don't know who or why you were told otherwise." Where is the communication people? How hard is it to know what's going on in your facility when you are the damn manager. No, I won't be making an ELEVENTH trip out there, to deal with the same problematic people again. This place is a SCAM, these people are incompetent, and I wouldn't allow them to watch a hamster let alone be responsible for my vehicle! Run while you can people. I'll never be back to this establishment unless there's a protest going on that I'd end up being apart of. Lesson most definitely learned! Don't let the cheap prices blur your vision of what's really going on here. Take your money elsewhere! read more

When I purchased my car nowhere on the car fax did it indicate it was in an accident. Good price, friendly(ish) staff, but bad service. Took 5 hours to buy a car with literally no negotiation. You test drive it, and then they put you in a crowded room with no further instructions. My wife found a very specific car online that was being housed at Evo Motors. We decided to go check it out. We inquired about the car with one of the many employees bustling around the small office. He called for someone to get the car and bring it up to us. We waited. And waited. Outside in the heat, inside in the AC. We still were waiting. The man came back around and asked if we had seen the car yet. We told him no. He looked outside and then informed us that the people could not find the keys for one of the cars parked in front of it. He apologized, said it would be up in a few minutes, and wandered off. The car finally arrived and my wife got in it. Her sensitive smell detected a faint hint of smoke. We found the man we had been talking to, told him our issue with it and prepared to go look at a vehicle at another dealership. The man searched his computer and said that he had two other vehicles that were very similar. He told us we could walk to the end of the lot and check them out and he would send someone down with the keys. We agreed. A second employee met us at the end of the lot and had one key. We sat in the vehicle that key belonged to. My wife inquired about looking at the other one because this one had huge scratches beneath the steering column. The man said that he could only get another set of keys if we definitely were walking off the lot with a car. Otherwise he couldn't get us into another car. Huh? That's a thing? You are only allowed to look at two cars unless you absolutely agree to buy one? My wife decided to take the car out for a test drive. She liked it. The two of us sat back down in the lobby as we waited for the next step in the car buying process. The man we had been dealing with was nowhere to be found. We waited. And waited some more. A new man asked if we needed some help so we decided to have him answer the questions we had. Can the scratches be fixed under the steering wheel? No. Can we have our mechanic take a look at it? Your mechanic can come here but you can't take it off our lot and have it looked at (mechanics actually agree to this?). During this time we mentioned that we already had procured financing from our credit union. The man said that he had to check with someone else (a boss, I assume) to see if they dealt with that institution. When he went to the back room to check we got up and walked out the door. We had no time for these shenanigans. He ran to the door and said that they could indeed take our financing but they would have to charge us a pretty hefty fee for outside financing. Say what? Again, I ask, that's a thing? We kept walking and wound up purchasing our car elsewhere. read more

My husband went today to look at a car I found online. When he got there a younger gentleman was asked to help him out. He proceeded to tell my husband, "man I was getting ready to get my money and roll, I may get fired but I don't care." When asking about the cars he was told "I don't know where that car is, lets just look at the other one you wanted". Also my husband told him that he wanted to test drive this car and the guy kept telling him that he was ready to go. I understand that this isn't a normal dealership, but I feel like if you wanted to sell a car your salesman should at least try to help the customer, not talk about how much he wants to leave for the day. So my husband left after only looking at the car. We sure hope if we try to go again that we get better help. Updated**** I have updated my review, we went back later that same evening and had matt help us out. He was very knowledgeable and made the car buying process as painless as possible (something we normally dread). Everyone we encountered on the 2nd trip up there were very friendly. We drove away in the car I originally went up there to look at! We are very satisfied with the "price to sell" approach and the quality of their products. We will be referring people to go there for their cars! read more

I was interested in buying 2016 Lincoln mkz. It's advertised as clean car no damage no accident. The dealers should tell the truths however it was false advertisement. I traveled from California to tampa to get this car. The guy didn't seem like he really cares selling a vehicle to me. Anyways i check the vehicle and I noticed that left rear fender has been fixed and painted. It was such a terrible body work and paint, i would have done better job! There was a damage on the trunk as well. Worst thing is that I checked the door jambs and noticed that it was rusty. I guess the vehicle has a flood damage and they are not telling of course! I recommend you to not to waste your time and money and find honest dealers!!! read more

This is a follow-up review/ response "Fred" about to mother's post below. We came in to test drive a 2015/ Q50 priced at $19,999 at the time ( plus title, tag tax dealer fees, etc) seemed fair price at the time, bc I didn't look around enough. I ended up test driving the 3.7 q50 15 and a 17 3.0t q50, both looked clean on the outside ( go figure ) one of them the AC wasn't blowing cold and the other almost died on us at a red light. - We did inform the employee who test drove with us about both issues and they didn't seem to be bothered, sat on their phone in the back and stayed quiet. - Your "thousands below price" is a bit of an exaggeration, considering I found a 2017 Q50 through hertz @ $19k, LOWER price as your older 2015 models with the near same mileage. ( at the time ) - A "5" day guarantee says a lot about the confidence in the quality of the cars you sell.. - The initial test drive was about a 3-minute circle around the block. Obviously, anyone spending close to 20k on a car will want to test drive it on the interstate, one of the managers was real adamant about the only way I can test drive it on the interstate is if I'm set on buying the car?? Not one sales person knew the first thing about the cars, nor did the people in the test drive. These cars are bought at auctions, trade turn-ins, and washed on site and put out to sell. Buyer beware. read more

My first trip to EVO Motors I was less than impressed, but after the customer service manager reached out to me I decided to go back for a second time. You could say it went well because today I walked out a Lexus owner! I was taken care of by a few of the staff members, all equally amazing. But most of the work was done by Joe who took very good care of me. He's hands down the best employee there. Give him a raise. read more

I have purchased many cars with many headaches but Evo was the best experience I have had. Purchased a Nissan Maxima today and process was very smooth and price was lower than the other places I checked, including Carmax. Manager made sure to greet people as they walked in. The place was busy but the workers were very attentive. I had to take my car back to Evo to get the remote control to car working and windshield wiper blade changed. I can't believe how helpful everyone is at Evo. I was in and out under 30 minutes. Jeffrey, the service manager said, "I got you" and he did. Ahmad put the blades on in a minute. Is this place for real? Even the service department are great. Wow!! read more

Be careful with Evo Motors. Their business model seemed to me to be centered around deceiving customers. That being said, the cars they purchase and sell seem to be very nice used cars. I got a good deal on a used 2015 Kia Optima Lx that had been through 3 accidents. The car drives great and I'm happy with the car. As for the customer service at Evo Motors, it was one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had. As a consumer I do my research, gather my information, and treat whatever company I am buying for with respect and kindness. I expect the company I am purchasing from to treat me with kindness and respect as well. Simply put, the team at Evo Motors is one of the most disrespectful, deceiving, and manipulative I have done business with. I spent all week looking at different dealerships and they were one of the most arrogant. I felt as though one of the sales people "Jamar"... was lying to me about not being able to find my license plate in their DMV registration so that he could charge me their $300 tag fee. The meanwhile I was explaining to him that the tag I was showing him (I had my florida tag with me in my name) was obviously my tag and their must be an error on their end. Jamar (I think that was his name) kept going back and forth with his managers and coming back telling me I would need to pay for a tag or I couldn't get the car until I went to the DMV to get documentation that my tag was indeed my own (which was completely obvious the whole time). When I refused to pay for that the other salesman (Chavara? Something starting with C) started cynically laughing at me. I was completely right for refusing the pay this extra tag fee. After all, the manager came back with the excuse that Jamar had been forgetting to type in the "M" for my middle initial in the DMV database. I perceive this to be a weak cover up for a manipulative sales tactic. As the other reviews describe, Evo Motors charges a ridiculous $650 fee for tag and title transfer. Thankfully I saved $300 because I refuse to pay for something I know they were manipulating me into purchasing. Of course they said they don't receive any of the money for this, which seems to be another lie as they told me they outsource this service to a 3rd party. I correctly assume they take a middle man cut. Also BEWARE: they make you sign a document stating that you checked and made sure that any features they advertised on their website listing for an individual car are in fact on the car. They have a lame agreement stating they are not responsible for any typos or tech-system-errors which seems to be a way out of being held accountable for posting deceptive listings and making their cars look and sound better than they actually are in person. Sure enough they changed the listing for the car I was purchasing! Thankfully I took a screenshot on my phone prior. The salesperson pretended that the listing just "printed out wrong." This added an extra half hour to the buying process because I had to now go into the car and make sure I was getting everything the listing said I was getting. At the end of my buying experience, another salesman named Moe showed up and started explaining to me that "this is standard dealership process and experience." I told him I was not at all happy with the customer service. The car was basically empty on gas and it took me asking a couple times for them to put 2 gallons in it (mind you I just paid $12500 cash for a car and it was past 8:00pm) Simply put, I'm giving them a 2 star review because I like the car I purchased. The customer service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I graduated college with a bachelors business degree and work for a company in a position involving sales and customer service. All in all Evo Motors made me feel awful for an hour buying a car. I didn't even enjoy the ride home because I was so amazed at how bad the customer service and manipulation tactics were. All that being said! I would actually consider buying another car here. I wouldn't recommend someone to buy a car here however. Customers be wise. read more

Evo motors is a lousy place to shop for cars, the process took 4 hrs to complete and on top of that they have two prices, one to finance with them and 1000 dollars more if you finance through your bank. Then they give high rate of interest, if you finance through their bank, it is cheating. Very arrogant people all around, the cars are not good, they get from auction and just sell as is, very rude customer service. Will never buy from them again. Prices are little cheaper, but you get what you pay for. read more

You know, I've read through these reviews and am horribly confused. Most conceive dealerships and car buying purchases stressful, doubtful and down right negative. There are of course exceptions to this and I think Evo Motors is that. You know what you are going to get when you begin shopping at this establishment. Some, if not most cars on the lot have been in prior accidents. If this isn't your cup of tea this may not be the place for you. The sales reps immediately provide the Carfax. Luckily the car my husband looked at had I minor accident that the car was able to drive away from. No signs of prior damage abd the car runs great. This may scare some consumers away and thats ok. My husband was looking for a very reliable commuter car and did alot of online shopping. Heck he even went to Wesley Chapel and what a headache and bad experience that was. At Evo, all doors are unlocked, you aren't hounded by sales reps either. When you're ready to ask questions they are available. It's busy, wanna know why? Because the cars are priced right. Absolutely no haggle pricing. Don't like the price? You won't get it any less and they won't charge you anymore. With that being said the cars could be detailed a bit more and not every car comes with new tires. The one thing that did disappoint me is that my husband's car had three different size tires on it. I think it is worth mentioning and I do hope the owner or manager will read and take notice to this. With that being said I'm willing to let it slide knowing my husband had a good car buying experience, got a good price for a car and was out the door in a few hours. read more

This place is great! I walked in knowing the car that I wanted. I test drove it within 15 minutes of arriving and within an hour I traded my vehicle in and drove off in a new one. I was hesitant to buy from here just based off of the appearance. Cars are jam packed in the lot. But don't be fooled by the appearance. If you know what you want then they will get you set up with zero haggling. I bought my previous vehicles from big dealerships where I would sit there all day waiting on them to try to squeeze more money out of me. Not this place. They will give you what you want without all the "salesmen" pitches. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Initial customer service was great. We were greeted and helped right away. We were trying to trade in a car as well, so here's where it started to go bad. We waited about 45 mins for them to appraise it, fine. When the guy that was supposed to help us during that time finally sat us down, he said it was only worth $500... totally untrue, but okay. The price for the vehicle we were WILLING TO WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH TODAY was 12,000, very close to original asking price with tag transfer. He'd bumped it up to 19,000, completely unwilling to negotiate or deduct the warranties and fees that wouldn't apply. Super rude, complete waste of time. Avoid unless you're super rich and don't care about money being taken through unnecessary "fees". Utterly disappointing. ‍ read more

As Is means AS IS! They told us all the floor mats were in the back so we took them at their word. Mistake. The driver floor mat was missing so I asked them about it and they told me "it is AS IS" - what kind of answer is that? They lied to me at best then. I also asked about the second key since it cost $300 these days to get a key with a key fob made and programmed. They told me once again "it is AS IS". They never disclosed it only had one key until the purchase was final! If buy a car here make sure you go through it with a fine-tooth comb and ask them exactly what it is missing. Side note: Also, make sure to get a Carfax on the car since they are all fleet cars. The last fleet car I purchased from Elder Ford was in a wreck that was not disclosed until 2 years after I purchased the vehicle. A Carfax is supposed to insure you from this unlawful practice that Enterprise is known for. I just want to add after reading other reviews that they had no problem taking our own financing and the price of the car was very good. read more

The paperwork was filed incorrectly and I never received a permanent tag. The manager I spoke with was unhelpful and just kept making excuses instead of trying to help resolve the mix up. You get a good price. You don't get any service, professionalism. The cars even when detailed are dirty. Most of the cars have had accidents, you need to look at tires as many don't even match. They can't be bothered to even put the license plate on correctly. The car salesman while polite have no idea about the the type of car and it features. !!!!GTE CUSTOMERS READ !!!! After being recommended to this dealer, I was very excited about going and checking out my options for first time buyer . The first time I was unapproved but let me know with a co-signed my chances were higher. I went to my own bank (GTE Financial) and my dad co-signed for me , and we were given a preapproval letter. We did go to other dealers and I was given offers but I declined, my mind was set on Evo. I went to Evo , chose the vehicle and I was told that my bank was not under their approved lenders list. Which I was fine with paying for the discount that the vehicle would lose. But, they completely declined doing business with me because they DO NOT WORK WITH GTE CUSTOMERS. The gentleman explained the reason was an issue between the two managers of Evo and GTE which I feel is COMPLETELY CHILDISH AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was there to do business and was preapproved already. YOU SHOULD REALLY PUT YOUR ISSUES ASIDE AND PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST. I will not be recommending my customers to this dealer. read more

THIS IS THE BEST CAR PURCHASE I HAVE EVER HAD!! I read reviews but never post my own BUT THAT HAS CHANGED WITH EVO MOTORS! My boyfriend was rear ended recently while driving my car which was totaled. I needed to get a new car but since my other car was a 2013, the insurance wasn't giving me much for it. I wanted a newer vehicle so when I when I looked online at the inventory here at EVO MOTORS, I was BLOWN away at their prices. Ya, what I was thinking? How can that be? The vehicles must be really in a bad shape for that price!!! Well, I drove over from New Port Richey which is about an hour away and boy am I glad I did!!!!! I BOUGHT MY GORGEOUS 2015 NISSAN ALTIMA FOR UNDER 10,000!!!!!! It only had 44k miles on it too. Couldn't believe it!!! The service here at EVO is AlSO THE BEST OUT THERE!! No annoying salesperson up your rear while you are looking around at the inventory. You actually get to walk around by yourself and when YOU are ready, you can then go speak w/the nice people in the office. Yes, I couldn't believe ALL THE PEOPLE SITTING THERE!!! BUT FOLKS, THAT IS BECAUSE THEY ALSO KNOW THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO BUY VEHICLES. ... seriously, after I found the car I liked, I took a test drive all the way down the highway, came back and bought the car. Pretty quick with all the paperwork, then they take your new beauty back to get cleaned up and serviced with a new oil change and whatever you ask. I wanted some touch up paint done, and the nice guy did it for me!!! ANYWAY, MY FRIENDS CAN'T BELIEVE ITS NOT BRAND NEW BUT 2015. ITS THAT NICE!!! We had a really good experience. We needed a reasonably priced but reliable car for our college age kids to share. We did a good amount of research on line and found the vehicle we wanted at a really great price on line at Evo. As others have noted --- it is a self service lot. They will point you in the general direction of where you will find your car. Be prepared with either a smart phone or list of VINs that you are interested in. All cars are open with the keys in them so you can jump in and start them up. Once you decide to test drive you need to go back to the office and they will have a 'runner' bring the car up for you and go for a test drive with you. If you like --- you buy. The price is the price is the price is the price. Plus --- they made us a good deal on our trade in. Which was a 2007 Saturn. Black. The AC blower stopped working and the parts are no longer made. Over 100K miles. Fred told us --- Carmax will probably give you more. But at that point we were happy with their figure and didn't want to go through the trouble of finding out how much more. It could not have been much! The office and lot were busy on a Monday night. So be prepared to wait. On the other hand --- they don't waste your time. There is no 'let me go ask my manager' nonsense. In short --- do your research. If you know what you want and are looking for a straight up no nonsense car buying experience this is the place for you. read more

We just purchase our second car in 3 years from EVO Motors. If you are over the sleazy car buying experience at typical dealerships, come to EVO. Here's what to expect. Look at the detailed inventory on line and decide which make/model and price range you'd like to explore. Don't get stuck on one car. The inventory turns over quickly. Have the vehicle inventory number ready for the greater. A valet will pull the car around and accompany you on the test drive. Do your research ahead of time. The valets do not know details about the cars. They are simply there to make sure you don't steal the vehicle! The pricing is set. There is no negotiation. In both cases their price was lower than we found at other dealerships. If you like the car and are ready to purchase, you move inside and complete the credit application on line. Approval came in about 15 minutes. Both cars were financed through Ally with great interest rates. In and out in 3 hours on a Wednesday. Expect longer on Saturday. We will definitely purchase from EVO again in the future. read more

Great deal with a no haggle price, don't expect to talk them down. We have been looking for this particular model and year for a while and they were priced better than anyone else. Don't be in a hurry, place is really busy, they will take care of you though. Good price on my trade in too. read more

I did my research and their prices are a few thousand less than their competitors. When we visited the dealership they had a ton of quality vehicles. You had to go and ask to see the vehicle and their staff were busy but friendly. We really liked one of the cars that we came to look at but......hit a wall because we had our own financing. This is where the deal ended. They offer in house financing and did not move forward with us because I wanted to use my own credit union. No hurt feelings here. This is how they do business and that is their choice. It is obviously working for them as they were selling cars all day long. It is unfortunate because we really liked the car and the price. As we all know the dealerships make the most money on the financing and not the sale of the vehicle so I understand what they are doing. read more

We were very happy to found the one we wanted, then we were going to buy, we talked with the sale manager Mindy VEGA, i had the momey in cash in my pocket. We asked here to fill out the application DR-26S (to get refund the 7% taxe for exported vehicule), she refused to do anything and she told us: "just buy the car, do what ever you want, i don't care"!!!!..... She was rude and insulting to us. EVO motors lost a sale and obviously she didn't care..... read more
