We were visiting family in the area so we brought our kids (age 8 and 10) on a hot day outside, and…read morethey had a blast. The staff members were so helpful and kind, they showed the kids what to do safely, and then let them go at it on the appropriate courses. I don't know the technical terms but the ones that allowed them to clip themselves in and come down when they were ready was amazing. They treated the kids like any other climbers, and they were absolute naturals. My husband and I just watched (supervised) in awe. We took a short dinner break across the street at John's restaurant and bar (AWESOME) and then they went back to climbing until almost 9pm. It was truly one of the best days we have ever had as a family. Oh and then they begged to go back the next day so we went (equally amazing!). Their confidence skyrocketed and they are well on their way to being lifelong climbers. The only issue was that any other gym we go to will pale in comparison to our experience here! Many walls are not that high nor are the gyms as friendly to kids. Really superior facility. Thank you to the whole team! We will definitely be back!

Front desk has been rly nice and said they will also confront them next time I see them. There's good setting for each grade, moon board, spray wall, hang boards, weight lifting, and yoga classes. The turnover of setting could be better. It's February and there are still routes from October. Parking can also be really bad during peak hours.

Love this gym! The trainers are top notch, know what they are doing and keep an eye on the proper…read moreforms for the workouts. The environment doesn't carry the "bro" stigma and it is nice to see that there is true gender and age diversity. What I truly enjoy is the holistic approach utilizing pre-workout yoga and post-workout stretching. I joined 2 months ago, completed the 6-week challenge and hit my goal going three times a week. I am also battling a hypothyroid condition and was able to leverage their in-house Chinese Medicine practitioner. I have not felt this good in a long time...Thanks Moov!

If you want to get in the best shape of your life, work out in a no-stress/no b.s. environment, and…read morejust feel great in general, then you should try this place. I've been a member of, and worked out with, multiple Crossfit locations, and this is the nicest one- with excellent coaches and a great group of people who attend. Most Crossfit places are like a warehouse- barebones shell of a place with workout gear. This place is more like a really nice gym or spa. Some coaches at other gyms could care less if you do the motions correctly, but not here. They know their movements and they do a great job giving constructive, helpful feedback and pointers. This not only helps you avoid injury, but really helps you maximize the workout! They also push you in the workout when you need that extra motivation to get in one more rep and get everything you can out of your time there. Whether you're not in the best shape and want to do something about it, or if you're in good shape and want to get better, this is the place for you. I know Crossfit can be intimidating, but you won't regret trying it.
