Double Eeeeeek‼ This company to the rescue - I contacted several big name pest companies AND although they promised to call back - they did not follow through. Inspected inside and out (including the attic/crawl space)....Disposed of the snake (that was still alive by the way - on the glue trap - for at least 4 days - Triple Eeeeek!!!)...sealed up and repaired any holes found And gave me some tips for the future... They were super knowledgeable about identifying species, what they hunt / eat, and identifying the damage they created. Definitely peace of mind! Priceless - you definitely can NOT put a price on peace of mind - But they did and it was reasonable!

I was having a house I am selling inspected for termites by Randy because the buyer's Realtor had…read moresent out someone else who insisted we needed termite treatment. My husband and our Realtor were not convinced that was a correct assessment. So Randy sent out his worker Andy and we met him there. He said we do not have termites or any other wood boring bugs. He said that the wood on the basement door frame was water damage not termites, which is what we already knew to be the case. Randy and Andy were very pleasant and we felt confident in their expertise in their field. They came highly recommended by our realtor/rental agent. He has always used excellent contractors for all work on our rentals. My husband and I highly recommend this pest control business.

After the two weeks were done, Jay kept coming because he knew there was one or two more. In fact, he came for over a month extra (at no extra charge), checking and resetting traps. We'll use them again, if necessary.

I called and spoke with both Pam and Teresa to set up an appointment for Treatment. That in itself was a real pleasure. They are both very friendly and professional. Top notch communication as well. I chose the quarterly treatment program. It is very reasonable and well worth it because they will return between treatments free of charge to address any issues if needed. Drew was the technician who came to my house and applied the first treatment on 10/01/25. He assessed my situation and could clearly see the issue I was dealing with. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting started going around the whole house cleaning and knocking down all of the webs before beginning the application. He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot. I am writing this review on 10/11/25 because I wanted to be able to let potential customers know that as of today I do not have a spider problem and any spiders that decided to show up after the fact and attempt to set up house had ZERO success. I highly recommend Dave Smith and will continue to use them moving forward. I had a real mess on my hands and Drew knocked it out of the park. Literally! Overall, I could not be happier

When the initial treatment was unsuccessful, he returned with a treatment that worked great. When a young tech named Jose showed up recently, he insisted on using the treatment that didn't work, and started giving me an unsolicited tutorial on ants. If only all businesses and employees enjoyed their work as much as these folks do…read more Did afternoon on a Saturday I found my dogs scratching at a floor vent and growling as if something was in there. I put my ear down to the vent and i could hear some sort of scratching and knew we had a serious problem. I did not have time to do proper research and was only able to reach out to some locals who I thought might have some information. I was given one name by four different people. Bay Area wildlife solutions is fantastic. I did not get a run around. I was told somebody would be out within 24 hours and sure enough they were they were at 9 AM the next day. The problem was able to be located very quickly. A family of squirrels had pulled away some of the ceiling material so that they could snuggle up against the vent for the furnace. I was concerned that we were going to have real trouble getting a whole group of squirrels out of the small area. The technician explained to me that it is a very common occurrence and he felt that he could have it cleared up within five days. The whole process was explained to me, I was showing the traps that would be mounted near where the squirrels were nesting. I was assured that someone would check the traps every day so that none of the animals were stuck in the sun and run the risk of dying. Once they confirmed that all the schools were gone from this area a very professional job was done sealing the area so that we would not have future problems. As I was out of the area while the removal was being done, I'd like to point out that I received both voicemails and text messages letting me know the status of each day. At the end of the week, before I even had a chance to check myself, I received an email exchange with pictures showing me the work. And confirming that I was happy with the service. I want to recommend this company with my highest praise. Professional. Honest. Efficient. While I hope to never need such service again, it is nice to know that these guys are around and in the ball
