John was able to get out to us within the hour, jump our 12v battery bringing the car back to life, then charge us up enough to get us to a Supercharger. Thank you again for getting out of this jam! Absolutely recommend using No Line Charging if you're ever in this situation.

The only thing I didn't appreciate were the people hustling me to get my car worked on while I charged. In fact, he was trying to sell me on some repairs for the nicks on my wheel, and while he was selling me ( while I would have rather been left alone to shop ) another Tesla owner yelled to me "don't trust this business, they messed up my car" The salesperson was nice so I still finished listening to his pitch and said no thank you. Then I got hit up again for a $26 coffee and I thought it was pretty much slimy business. Felt like the people who sell time shares. That type of business. Could be a very good business, but felt like a scam.

The rates are actually decent at 0.39c/kWh making it one of the cheapest in the area to charge after 0800 and before 1200. I wouldn't mind revisiting if I am in the vicinity again.
