Cayne the owner of this joke of company, confirmed the pickip of a lance camper for 9am…read moreWednesday(7/29) am on monday night and sent me the address. Since im from San Diego i told her i would come tuesday night and stay locally to avoid being late. After a 5 hour drive and stay in santa ynez at 8am she tells me she cant find the paperwork for it and wants to reschedule. I show up at 9am because paperwork can be mailed and upon arrival she tells me that it has been sold to a family friend. she took no ownership of the failure, had my phone number and we confirmed the pickup multiple times from our initial conversation on Monday 7/27 I offered her the chance to make things right and instead she blocked me so I will be taking this business to small claims court for wasting my time and gas. If you're looking at using this company for an estate sale just no that you will also get to experience this lack of professionalism and ownership of failures but instead of my time and gas money it will cost you much more

Wow! This place was quite the experience. She didn't take accountability for her horrible service…read moreand continued to say it was "not her issue". We will continue to tell realtors about her company to hope no family endures this lack of respect as she refuses to take accountability. The neighbors even came to ask if everything was okay because there was someone shouting and glass breaking. The only reason I write a review is so a family doesn't have to endure this during a stressful time. After talking to others, this is not an isolated event. We ended up having to pay to finish hauling stuff off. DO NOT hire Cayne.

They basically came in sold all my items and took off. They have never called me back or spoke to me again. Oh and the positive reviews are not real!! They never PAID me, or did anything other than steal from me. This supposedly is a franchise, however wheres there headquarters? What that number? Please don't make the mistake I did thinking they were legit. They are supposedly on Sacramento Street in SLO. On my way..... I will be taking them to court, but what a pain! However I'm not one to keep quiet!!!! I have a ton of places to expose them online, but really? I either want backy belongings they stole or pay up!!

A very disappointing experience with this company. Imagine…read morehaving a VERY large house absolutely FULL of wonderful antiques, collectables, and expensive dishware, Now imagine that you're absolutely BLEEDING money trying to keep up with the insurance, solar payment, electric and water, etc. expenses of said house. Now, imagine that you hire a company to solve this issue. You let the person know your situation and that a timeline is crucial. They agree. In an entire month, they came ONE SINGLE TIME for four hours. That's all. Four hours. One would assume they would at least work a full day. One might even assume that after being hired, they would work 40 hours a week until the house was empty. Because one might be shitting in their pants because of the sheer cost of keeping said house insured, watered, powered, etc. How can a business run like this? Answer: it doesn't. I would not recommend.
